I just moved into Palmetto Station and the experience has been exceptional so far. Coming from Indiana, the pool and courtyard area make me feel like I am at a tropical resort. The neighborhood seems safe and the building seems secure. From what I have seen while shopping for apartments, the pricing here is great for what they have to offer. The location is ideal for me as I can take the metro rail downtown when I have to go to the office. There are also lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity. Thank you for the smooth transition into the bustling Anthonella and the rest of the staff.

Palmetto Station is the best kept secret in South Florida. The staff here are out of this world. They go above and beyond with anything that you need. When you’re walking down the hallway if maintenance sees you they run to open the door. It is all of the things that are not in the lease that makes this place so special. Because the staff is so wonderful that is the reason I renew my lease every year. If they were not, I would not be here for as long as I have been. I feel safe, secure and appreciate.

I’ve been living at Palmetto Station for a while now and I couldn’t be happier. The building is always clean and the apartments are spacious and modern. Jamie and the office team are amazing, super friendly and quick to help with anything I need. The maintenance team is also fantastic, they’re always on top of things and get issues fixed fast. The amenities are great too, there’s a fantastic gym, a beautiful pool, and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax. Plus, the location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transit. All in all, it’s a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it!

I have lived at Palmetto Station now for 4 years and I have loved living here the entire time. My apartment is spacious and the property is well maintained. The staff is the best part. The ladies in the office are helpful and nice. Looking forward to the years to come at Palmetto Station!

I have lived at Palmetto Station for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier with my choice! Everyone who works in the office has always been incredibly kind and helpful. I absolutely love the gym and beautiful pool area. Also the building is very well kept and quiet. I truly have no complaints about living here. Five stars!

I have lived in the building for a year and a half and I am in love. The pool, the 24hour gym, the covered parking, and the huGe walk iN closets are fabulous. The office staff is just as great and always there to help. I may live here forever.

The staff makes this community what it is, they are fantastic! The property itself is very upscale, always very clean & tidy and the grounds are well kept. The units are newer and are quite impressive. Price per SqFt is lower than other communities in the area. I highly recommend Palmetto Station!
