No. Do not buy or sign that lease.
It’s not worth it. The landlord Lysander is a nightmare. Cockroach crawled on my face at night. Rats in the walls that are so nosy and keep you up. Had to beg repeatedly for pest control, which is his responsibility according to our lease. Issues with leaking faucets, broken doors, broken dishwasher that were never fixed. When we moved in the place was a filthy MESS, which we had to clean with no money back. Perhaps the other landlords in the building are better, but if you’re looking into renting from Lysander...don’t.
