Property Ratings at Palm View Village (Furnished Units Available)
There are so many things I could say about this place. Our fridge broke several times, we were told to move all of our food to an empty unit for the time being. One of the workers that was refurbishing between tenants ended up stealing some of our food. Management doesn’t follow through with a lot of issues. Our apartment was infested with cockroaches and the landlord told us that this was normal and shrugged it off as “water bugs” (water roaches are cockroaches). We really had to push to get anything done about this, and even then the cockroaches still came. Don’t be fooled by the renovated studios, they are cheaply done and not properly managed.
I don’t even know where to begin, because words honestly don’t do this place justice. I lived here for 2 years, and from the day I moved in to the day I (reluctantly) moved out, it felt like home in every possible way. The staff were Incredible. Friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. Any maintenance requests were handled so fast—like, I’d put in a ticket and someone would be knocking within the hour. They genuinely cared and made life here feel effortless. The apartment itself was beautiful—bright, modern. I felt completely safe the entire time I lived there. The management clearly takes pride in the property, and it shows. But honestly, it’s more than just the place—it’s the feeling of living here. Peaceful, stress-free, and warm. It’s rare to find a spot that checks every box, but this place really did. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. If you’re thinking about living here: do it. You won’t regret it.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I lived here for 4 years. Everything about my experience here was effortless. Moving in was a breeze, the leasing office was super helpful and communicative, and I always felt like they genuinely cared. Any time I had a question or needed help, it was handled fast and with a smile.
My son and his girlfriend reside at this complex. I have heard nothing but great things from them. The community manager has always been kind and responsive, maintenance requests are always promptly fixed. They are remodeling the pool area so he's excited to spend some time at the pool soon!
These photos are extremely altered the inside and the outside do not look like this Do not let them fool you ! .
I could go on forever about all of the issues I have with this place, but I will keep it to a few short points so that it's easier to read: - Management does not care about you. No matter what issue you may be facing, do not expect any real help from the management of these apartments. They may give you empty promises or words of condolence, but they don't mean anything. - Ongoing issues with sewage and power. I have been here for about a year and a half. In that time, there have been no less than 5 sewage backups across all units, and 3 total blackouts. Those were only the ones I've counted when I was actually in my unit. - Construction The building is undergoing construction. Has been for 5+ months with no end in sight. 6 days a week we get construction noise and sometimes water shutoffs. This is not construction to update the infrastructure. It is literally just renovating a few of the units. - On the topic of construction: contractor quality. The contractors hired to do the work here are not professional and constantly leave stuff open. There has been exposed wire and such all over the place. One of the renovations also punched a hole in my units wall and didn't tell anybody. I found out about it when I moved some furniture to vacuum. If, for some reason, that isn't enough to convince you not to live here - I will leave on last bit of advice. If you are really going to stay here, do not allow them to put you in unit 13. That unit is adjacent to the laundry room and you WILL hear the noise constantly. Literally just bare drywall separating the two.
