Property Ratings at Palm Court at Wellington Apartments
Absolutely the worst place we have lived. from the appliances not working and the mold. the floors are extremely unlevel and the carpet is terrible. you can have it "cleaned once" for free with the lease renewal but some guy just loads it up with water no solution and says "it will dry" and that was about 2 weeks later when it dried. they don't want to fix the things that need to be fixed. I am guessing that that is a problem with the company not the maintenance employee. the neighborhood is very loud around there and there are always people smoking weed in the club house. there is always dog poop in the grass I did ask for the bifold door to be fixed and that was never done and i think that was our first year there. this place is a very bad place for mold and will probably give you bad health problems there are plenty of pictures online of their mold problems. i would not trust any review over 3 stars for this place

I moved here in 2013, and have stayed because I live in a safe, well-maintained, small community. I have a first floor corner apartment and although the rent has increased minimally each year, I couldn’t ask for better value for the money. Maintenance is competent and responsive. I’ve never had to wait long for something to be repaired or replaced. The manager is personable and accessible. She cares about the community and residents! She is also very communicative via text when something needs to be addressed to all residents. Badly behaved tenants are not tolerated, and therefore people here are trustworthy and quiet. The grounds are well- manicured, and the pool and gym are kept up very well. The pet policy is great, especially for people who have large dogs! I intend to stay here for some time to come.
I have lived here since August 2017 and I enjoy living here. The management staff is very helpful and friendly, the maintenance crew is quick and efficient, appliances are reliable and it's a quiet and safe community.
Hat's off to the Staff at palm court are kind, professional, always have smile on their faces and most importantly, are ALWAYS willing to help!! This development is clean, quiet and safe and the few times I've put in a work order,Chris(head of maint}and the staff attend to it immediately! The rent is a little expensive, being that we're far from any beaches, but the apartment is a 2 bedroom with a small screened in lanai. It is dog friendly with bags and trash cans for poopy all around the grounds. There is a washing machine and dryer in it's own little room in the apartment, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We have pretty big closets in our master but the 2nd bedroom is TINY. I don't know how anyone could use it as a bedroom. We use it as a guest room with a pull out couch because a queen bed is far too large for the room. The pool is nice and everyone that lives here is friendly too. Wellington is a nice area too. Lots of shopping and Polo. Schools are pretty great too.
I have been staying at the palm court apartments sense the beginning of May. They are situated in a nice neighborhood, close to publix, starbucks, gyms and even a movie theater. All of the neighbors are very friendly when you run into them. Other then the occasional dog barking and kids playing it is a very quiet little community. The perfect place for anyone! Plus the afternoon dips in the pool followed by a nice workout make coming home from work enjoyable!
