I've been here for 4 years, it's been a great place to live and I like the upgrades down around the community. It has been a great place to call home.
The only issue we have here is not enough uncovered parking. Thankfully the bugs sightings minimal. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Family friendly.

Palm court community is a fun place to live in. It is conveniently placed in north Phoenix just beside the 101 freeway and very close to the deer valley park and community center

Staff is always nice and attentive. We feel safe in Palmcourt. Kids playground is small but functional. Community events are nice. Even after several requests to clean the pool it doesn’t show much improvement. Appliances are old and so maintenance issues are frequent. Grill has no roof and makes it very difficult to use it under the sun.

Really smooth living here. Maintenance came right away for all reports and handled everything immediately. AC is always blowing ice cold when i need it to. Laundry and dryer work phenomenally and i can do really big loads of laundry.

I continue to enjoy the quiet and friendly community. The management team has been the same for a few years now, so it really is nice knowing that all my needs or concerns will be met by the staff. The maintenance team always works hard to keep the community looking beautiful. I do keep hoping for a better gate system as that’s really the only thing that needs a better system. It would be nice to be able to enter through the gate with a sticker on the windshield. Also, it will be nice to get rid of keys and use key fobs as sometimes the keys in the gate gets stuck. Other than that, Palm Court is a beautiful community with lots of restaurants and shops nearby!

Front office and maintenance are very nice. I have been here for a couple years. Amenities and community events are also pretty cool. The updated units are really nice as well. Id like to see more trees grown around the community to provide more shade, but other than that pretty solid place.

Affordable and close to the 101 Fwy and the 17. Office staff is friendly. Neighbors are pretty friendly. Parking is a little scarce but other than that a great place to live.

I have been overall happy here over the past couple of years. I would give it 4.5 stars but the ratings don't allow half stars. I wish we could put up curtains on our enclosed patios, without them the patio is not very usable space. Also, it would be great if the gym had a rowing machine.

Gated community in a nice area, right off the freeway. Very family oriented, there is a small playground. There is a nice BBQ area. Smoke free. Pet friendly.

They have maintained the apartment well. Every month they conduct social events which is pretty good. They have small play area for kids and it’s maintained well as well.

i like the community a lot very peaceful, the only downside is the gym, very small and minimal equipment but nothing a gym membership to eos can’t fix

The apartments are overall okay—clean and fairly maintained. However, parking is a consistent issue. There aren’t enough unassigned parking spots, which makes it frustrating for guests or even residents with a second vehicle. It would really help if management added more open parking spaces.

It's a good community haven't had any major problems yet, just the parking is an problem a lot of abandoned cars that never get moved in visitor parking spots.

We have everything we need , but kids area is too small. Access to the community is not too secure. Common areas are not cleaned as frequently as they should be. One of the most important things is that there is no cooking hood in the kitchen making fire alarms go off all the time.

Maintenance and front office staff are accommodating and respond fast. Complex is well maintained and clean. Playground is constantly full of children playing. And everyone follows the parking rules fairly well.

Management has changed multiple times in my time living here. Dog park is nothing better than a desert, no grass, just dirt. Not nearly enough free parking, and then they reduce those few spots that are now available for rent. Pool and hot tub is down half the summer. And they choose to spend money on pointless upgrades instead of useful upgrades. Annoying speakers that play annoying music all day. Yup. Upgraded locks for the pool gates or dog park gate. Nah, those don't matter. Paint the gym? Yeah. Maintain the sprinklers and grass for the dog park. Nah.

Great place to live. The location is so convenient. I love that I am close to PVCC and my work. It is a comfortable living environment. The noise level at night is quite low considering the building is next to the highway. Traffic is a little rough during busy times but it’s not too bad, just during the summer time it’s a bit annoying. I still hope one day we can get a better gate system instead of the sketchy punch pad. Other than that I’m quite happy with my choice of apartment.

Overall the community is great. This is my first time living on my own and although it is scary, I feel pretty safe here. There is some stuff I struggle with but that's mostly apart of my individual experience.
