I needed to move in to a new apartment within 2-3 days and the ladies in the office made it happen for me. The apartment is lovely, spacious, and having a washer dryer in my home is such an upgrade from going to the laundry mat! Thank you to Laura and Veronica for all of your help!
I think the staff make the community what it is and Palm aire has a great community! Laura and Veronica in the office made me feel welcomed and treated me like they actually care about my situation. The prices drew me in but the staff are what sold me.
It’s so terrible Because they will never fix the stuff there’s roaches everywhere bathrooms are nasty they will not fix your place in time when it’s time to move in it’s so nasty don’t trust these people and they make your bill even higher but it supposed to be lower the try to take all your money away And if kids are playing outside you’re trying to kick you out in 10 days literally roaches everywhere. It’s all in the sink in the bathroom and even the shower the balconies barely be clean it’s just so disgusting I don’t never move in those houses with these apartments are used to be nice but it’s not nice to more there’s people that try to rape you hear this homeless people here it’s stinks in the hallway they really need help he’s apartment complex needs to be banned
Worse place I have ever lived in my life. I was a good tentent always paid rent on time was never loud respected everyone. I felt cheated o had roaches bad infested it was sad for me and my kids. I had a stalker and I had miold white and black. I tried and tried to be patient never helped me I got tired and left. I don't want someone to go through what I did I lived miserable. When I finally left I cried best relief ever.
New management and things are not that great. There are weeds growing in the back parking area, trash near the dumpsters and people actually go behind the wall where the dumpsters are kept and use the bathroom!!! If there is an empty parking spot, the "ladies of the night" tend to their business in the cars. Late at night there are people who are walking through the property smoking their pot. Things are not good anymore!!!
the place is awful, they are very negligent when it comes on repairs. I live here for almost 3 years, but in bad situation because it was close to my mother's. I had a flood in the apartment, it took the almost a month to fix it. The manager wouldnt even talk to the people, please if you want to live happily dont rent here.

This was my first apt. they had plenty of roaches. when I had moved in they given me a old fridge with a broken rack. They over millins of roaches like i am not exaggerating!!!!!!! And sooooooo many more problems i had never so miserable in my life while staying there ;(
