If you want to live in a resort every day then the Palisades is your home. Fabulous open floor plans amazing views natural sunlight, conveniently located at the best mall in San Diego and state of the art amenities.

Palisade was the best apartment complex in San Diego period. Only place which offered east coast like living here in the UTC area. Amenities was great. Which is why I lived here. Unfortunately with the pandemic and frequent closure of almost all amenities, the appeal for palisade has gone down quite a bit. The staff is very nice and easy to deal with but for some reason they get changed quite often, not sure how I feel about this. Corporate should be more lenient with the staff I can see how nervous they get when I send emails asking questions. The staff should feel comfortable and protected so they can perform better, and so corporate can see better results. Anyway, Ive decided not to renew my lease because of the reasons above until I can see an end to the current status quo. When or if that time comes, I will definitely revisit palisade.

Im very impressed with how welcome Ive been made to feel and how friendly and accessible the Palisade team is. It says a lot about a tram that also calls the community home and their quality of work definitely reflects that :)

As a disabled person, I feel blessed to have such wonderful people making my living experience so happy and comfortable. A beautiful community. Apts are outstanding,lovely appts. I AM ON THE 17TH FLOOR, looking toward the mountains. Never get tired of sitting on my bacony. Would recommend living at the Palisade to all my friends.

Palisade currently offers the best living standards in San Diego through its amenities, quality of homes. Its by no means a perfect place to live, but its friendly staff, various community events, and its location inside the UTC mall put it above all the other places in the list of places to live in San Diego.

This brand new, centrally located building demonstrates 21st century modern sophistication at its' finest. It has great amenities, gorgeous decor and exceptionally wonderful staff. I love living in such a beautiful place! This is just my own personal opinion which doesn't really matter but I don't really think that this is a kid friendly environment for children under 12 years of age.

We love living at Palisade!!! The property, views and amenities are all top notch and amazing!!! We love walking to the mall. There is so much entertainment there, restaurants, bars, movies and of course shopping. You can walk to anything you would ever need. This is exactly the lifestyle we were looking for!!!

This is a truly comfortable and well-appointed building with so many wonderful features. For example, sitting here at my desk in front of a wall of windows and looking across University City at the mountains is a little like taking a soaring ride at Disneyland. And then there is the view from the 23rd floor Elevation Lounge of both mountains and ocean--not to mention almost 50 eateries right next door at the UTC mall. Although I have been retired for several years, I think I will finally be able to fully enjoy the benefits of retirement here at Palisade UTC.
