Just signed my second lease because there is nowhere better to live in Longview if you choose to rent. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and lovely apartments. The office staff is friendly and competent and Robert and the maintenance crew are outstanding and responsive. You can’t go wrong renting here at the Paladin!

Amazing dedicated staff that make your experience here great. The grounds are well kept it’s a treat to watch the sun rise over looking the walking trail. Its convenient location gives us access to tons of restaurants and shopping centers. It’s easy to run any errand in a matter of mins. They have every amenity you could possibly want. Move in was a breeze.

We have lived here almost 2 years and we have nothing but exceptional service! We had an AC problem and Robert was so quick to order a new one and get us up and running the next day. We also NEVER have pest control issues since they spray every few months.

I’ve had pest control issues since I moved in!!! Spiders and gnats coming out of the drains. Gaps in the doorway letting spiders in they tried to fix with weather stripping and had pest control out several times with no help! Will be taking them to court for my deposit back along with posting the pics and videos I have of my neighbors stating they have same issues.

First and foremost, I want to assure you that we take pest control very seriously and have been actively working to resolve the problem you've been facing. We have promptly responded to each of your requests and ensured that professional pest control services were carried out in your home. Additionally, we went the extra mile by adding weather stripping to further fortify your home against potential entry points for pests. Recently, we arranged for Orkin's manager to inspect your home alongside our team to thoroughly investigate the situation. The inspection yielded no signs of infestation or structural vulnerabilities that could contribute to pest issues. I want to emphasize that we genuinely care about your comfort and safety and have taken every possible measure to address the matter. It's important to note that gnats are often attracted to various factors, and more often than not, their presence is not a result of any oversight or negligence on our part as a management company. Instead, these pests can be drawn by factors such as leaving fruits out for an extended period, overwatering plants, neglecting to take out trash in a timely manner, or having food residues in garbage disposals. Your feedback is essential to us, and we genuinely believe we did everything we could to help solve the matter and are very sorry to have not lived up your expectations. These apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I drive past them every day and it makes me want to live here. I have looked into their virtual tours, and I spoke with their wonderful leasing staff. I now have a schedule date to view the floor plans!

I normally don’t do reviews however, I had to this was one of the most smooth move in processes from start to finish. Rachael was very knowledgeable patient and thorough so far the community is very quiet and clean, which are two very important things to me. The neighbors are nice as well. This was the right choice.

Paladin is truly a home for residents. The facility is very well kept. Landscaping and pool area are inviting. But the real treasure of Paladin is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is amazing. I've been here for six years & won't go anywhere else!

The Paladin Apartment is by far the nicest complex in Longview, TX! The amenities and location have everything you could want and need at your fingertips! I had the honor of speaking with Molly in the leasing office when I was looking for an apartment and she sold me on the Paladin. If you move here and someone lives above you, get ready to hear everything they do. And I mean everything. Every footstep, every dog bark, every time they move. There is absolutely no insulation between floors. If you like peace and quiet, live on the third floor or pick somewhere else.
