The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pacific Heights
I really like my apartment, I feel secluded. It’s nice. The neighbors and community SUCK!! They are rude, inconsiderate, and the low life’s think they are better than anyone. Six times now, I’ve actually seen a person in the dumpster... IN THE DUMPSTER!! A lot of homeless people in area. It is totally disgusting!! Lazy people can’t throw their trash away properly or break down their recyclables, expect management to do it for them. People move out and they put their useless furniture in trash area, expecting management to haul it away for them. If you’re a low life and need an expensive place to live, here’s your place!! The pool is a very small joke too.

We are very disappointed to see that you feel this way towards our community. We want to assure you that our staff is committed to providing all of our residents with a comfortable and pleasant place to call home. We would like the opportunity to work with you towards improving your experience here and ask that you reach out to a team member either rin our office or over the phone at (253) 517-5654. Thank you.
We have lived here for almost two years now and absolutely love it!! The residents are friendly and respectful of each other. The office and maintenance staff are incredible!! Work orders are responded to and fixed usually within 24 hours (unless a part is needed to be ordered or it's a bigger job) and Jeanne is always willing to help the residents out however she can!! We love the community events throughout the year too... a community garage sale, BBQ get-together in the summer, and a Christmas shopping event where the kiddos can go into the office and buy nice gifts for their parents for 25 cents per gift. Our whole family looks forward to these events and always have such a great time at them!! We love this community and the friendships that we have formed while living here!!

Our staff works diligently to provide our residents with the best possible service and we are glad to hear that you are benefitting from that priority. Thanks, again! - The Team at Pacific Heights Apartment Homes
I've lived here for three and a half years, across two apartments, and it's easily one of the best complexes I've been in. Very well maintained, the management is always eager to help and matienence is great about fixing anything.
I've been living here almost 6 yrs. and I love it here. The staff is awesome. My opinion, if u signed a lease then u know the rules, backing ur vehicle in is listed as a "don't do" Follow rules and everyone stays happy. PACIFIC HEIGHTS ROCK
The apartments are very nice but the manager likes to find the smallest reasons to pick on people! Can't back in a parking spot for example because the fumes from the car will go by the sidewalk. I wouldn't recommend this complex unless it's ran by someone else besides Jeanne!!
Wouldn't recommend living here, mold is a major problem and they tell you just to crack the windows. In the summer had problems with ants. Maintenance takes forever to respond to requests. Also, don't bother cleaning the apartment when you move because they will charge you full rate to clean everything anyways. This place isn't worth the money they charge.
This is a horrible complex to live in. Do not rent here. Management not good at all. Nothing but drug traffickers ruid tenants mold through the whole apartment management does nothing to help
