Was absolutely great almost 3 years ago when we moved here. Looked at many places rode through at different times of the day and night to make sure it was nice and quiet in which it was. Was great for almost 2 years. Well now not so much the case. Police continuously present all times of the days and hours. New management have since tried to de-escalate things as much as they can but not much has changed. Hopefully for my family and myself things will change for us to not have to live in the environment that is here now. When paying as much as we do it’s not so easy just packing up and moving. Because it’s obviously not going to change or get better. The universe and God has it in their hands!!

The apartment and complex itself is peaceful and quiet, the process of getting a lease is a train wreck. Love the amenities and the styles of the apartments, the pools and gym are nice. No elevators, only stairs in the buildings

Things seem to be getting better as they were not so good a few months ago. We have been here going on 3 years and at first for a year or so we’re GREAT. After some changes within the company and policies it drastically went downhill. After the new property manager she has had a lot to deal with but seems to be getting things changed back to normal. There are still some concerns and issues but nothing like they were before. Everyone in the office and maintenance department are working together to maintain everything nicely.

It’s ok, some improving on amenities but nothing to keep up, improve on apartments form people that have been here for years. Grills never have gas on them, pool bathrooms never have toilet paper, def need some keep up Would be nice to update more areas compared to putting car chargers that clearly no one is going to use

I enjoy living here. Maintenance team is great. Just wish the office answered emails. In person they are great and very helpful. That main entrance can use a repaving and not a patch job.

It’s ok but also would be nice if they’d keep up with stuff we pay for like there is NEVER toilet paper in the bathrooms at the pool, there is NEVER gas on the pool grills, the fire pit has worked for like a month in 4 years I’ve been here. It’d be nice if they’d fine people for not cleaning after their dogs or all their cigarettes

The apartment building I’m in so far is good. Neighbor stay to themselves, my building for the most part days is clean, there is noise, but during normal hours. Staff in the clubhouse needs better training in my opinion. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, there’s upkeep with lawn service.

I give it 4 1/2 stars only because I wasn't given info about how to enter my new home (had to call back and then was informed would get info in email/text, then had no idea of how to access the cable, so, not able to figure that out until later this morning so, no TV for me!!

So far we’ve had a good experience. Taylor was absolutely wonderful to work with and she made the process go smoothly. There’s a few things in the apartment that could be fixed. Something is currently wrong with the belt in the dryer, but little things like that aren’t a big deal as long as they’re fixed obviously!

Definitely not as good as it was almost 2 years ago. With the new changes new residents definitely do not care about their neighbors and the cleanliness of the property! The new office personnel and the maintenance men do try to keep things up but if you have residents that do not care it makes it hard for everyone. A lot more negative activity goes on than before. Police presence seen often unfortunately.

Taylor was great and patient !?? She was very helpful with each phone call and walk thru. She answered all of questions . I also loved the fact that there was always someone available or that got back time in less then 48 hours.

Loud in summer. Need a lock on pool gate after 9pm. My apartment smells like cigarettes and I don’t smoke. Comes through vents from other apartments. Smoking shouldn’t be allowed in apartment. The package room is chaotic. Area is nice. Staff is nice.
It’s been great. Trash pickup strict though . Took me 2 months to get ally trash to pick up my trash since I’m moved in . That’s my only complaint

Not satisfied at all! Definitely not what it was when we moved here almost 2yrs ago. Always domestic disputes happening with police presence. Criminal activity of cars being stolen or broken into. New residents obviously do not care about others around them nor take pride in where they live. Kinda hard to just move with everything being so expensive. Would love for things to be like it was when we first moved here.

The location is superior and convenient, and the surrounding food is numerous and rich. Good breakfast service, personalized packing, so sweet 10. The excellent location of the apartment, close to the subway station, convenient transportation, travel worry, would like to stay here next time!

Smooth and easy move in process once you’re application is approved. However , getting your application approved takes about 6 weeks . Location of complex could not be better.

a little unhappy that a lot of things in my apartment are somewhat broke/needed repair/needed cleaning. i was okay with maintenance coming into my apt w/o me there bc i knew he would be in an out as usual. recently, glass dr entered my apt without my knowledge. main office scheduled the apt, but never mentioned to me when they would be showing up. i’m not a fan of the invasion of privacy. doesn’t matter if i tell one person the can come in, that doesn’t mean you can automatically let everyone in. as the head of house (as per lease) i must be made aware everytime somebody is needing to enter my home.

Have had a good experience except I have not received my 650 points for Lease Renewal. Maintenance requests have been met in a timely manner. Office staff is helpful. A negative is the Package Room is horrible.
