Avenue at Harbison

Not good. The apartment was dirty when I moved in.there is water damage on the ceiling. The handle on the microwave is broken along with a slue of other issues. There is litter and cigarette butts on the grounds. I tried to tell management about the cigarette butts and was told cigarette butts are biodegradable. Theyre not. Management is rude. My apartment doesn't have laundry hook ups I was told It would. Carpet has black stains on it. The apartment is drafty. I can hear my upstairs nieghbor. Walls are thin. Not happy at all. Very bad 1st apartment experience.

Dog friendly, shopping and food accessible, apartment itself could have been a little cleaner upon arrival but other than that it’s been good so far!

Great people and neighbors. Everyone has been nothing but friendly upon moving in. The staff was great very knowledgeable about me as a new resident. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Maintenance is always prompt and reliable, which really adds peace of mind. The community is friendly and welcoming without being intrusive—everyone respects each other’s space. It’s a great balance of neighborly and private.

I love living here so far. There have been a few maintenance issues I’ve had to put requests in for but each time they have been addressed and fixed to the best of their abilities within 24 business hours. Everyone I’ve interacted with have been super friendly and helpful.

It is beautiful here! The grounds are very well kept. All of my neighbors are friendly. Management does well at keeping families satisfied. There’s a community event about once a month. There is so much to do nearby as well!!

It’s such a great apartment, still so obsessed with the living room and deck space !!! love that we can make it our own. the staff has been so amazing and helpful as well.

Moving in was a breeze. The apartment is perfect. Quiet area with great sunlight. Big rooms, each with good size closets. Community is cute with walking trails. Close to everything.

I have been here for over six months and still have had no problems whatsoever and everyone has been nice. It’s been a good experience so far.

Recently had my kitchen ceiling fixed and painted. The work was completed to beyond my expectations. Not only done correctly but the clean up was incredible. I literally had to do nothing. You wouldn't have known any work had been done at all in the apartment. Thank you.

Love it here!!! The leasing office staff is amazing. The staff all together are awesome. The community is clean and offers multiple areas of serenity and fun for everyone.

I’ve lived here many years. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have great amenities. The maintenance staff does a great job and doesn’t leave a mess!

I've enjoyed living here for the past 8 months and plan to continue living here for another year. I love the walking trails and the beautiful lake. I also enjoy the monthly activities hosted by the management.

I really love living at this apartment complex. The staff and neighbors are very helpful and friendly. I love the pet wash and the dog park for my dog.

This is a nice apartment complex, if you get obe of the nicer units that has been renovated completly but you will have to pay a little more. I was desperate when i moved in so i had one of the shotty units but liveable until it wasnt, heat,air,leaks was the issue in my unit. Coudnt afford one of the nicer units. But the area is nice, the amenities were great! And be aware of all the dog poop that dog owners refuse to pick up. Other than that great place to live, nice neighbors when i lived there in 2023.

I havent been here long but the community is quiet. Great staff so far. Easy to get in and out of the apartment complex. Communication has been great from the staff on any issues in the complex

The property has amazing landscaping . To be so secluded in a very busy and convenient area. Apartments are spacious with great closet space

The apartment complex is really beautiful and the amenities are amazing. That was a big draw when looking into various apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

We’ve been here 3 1/2 months and are so happy. No major issues with the apartment but if we do need something fixed or have a question it’s taken care of quickly. No complaints!

They don’t care about my complaints or problems.They don’t respond in your time of need. I moved here because they made us feel welcomed. Then it seemed to change right after we moved in. I’m heart broken and wish this could’ve been a better experience.

I love my apartment. The only thing I wish could happen is when I ask maintenance to fix something, they get it right the first time. The front office is amazing though and are beyond helpful.

They got rid of the laundromat and replaced it with a pet wash. They emailed us saying there was gonna be an annual maintenance inspection and they never came even though we cleaned and had to lock our pet away for a week.

The property management staff have been incredibly active in planning and engaging in unique community events. Although, I have not been able to attend many of the events, it is very much appreciated. In 20 years as a renter all over the country, I never knew that property managment staff ever did anything like this. On top of this, the team is very active in getting community feedback. For example, a poll was sent out to see how residents felt about including a valet trash service for a monthly fee. It felt good to have a voice. (For example: These services never mention the downsides. I've dealt with valet trash sevices in the past, and never had a good experience. It ALWAYS resulted in infestations, unwanted wild animals, and piles of smelly trash outside resident doors.)

I love it! The vibe of the apartment complex is very homey because of all of the trees and nature. :) The staff is communicative and maintenance requests are typically answered promptly.

Love having daily walks on the trails behind the apartment and such a nice community, everyone has been friendly and helpful since moving in.

So far I enjoy the experience as far as the moving in process the office have been patient and helpful. Look forward to having a long lasting relationship with the community

This is a great place to live, I love the people who are here, the pool is great, the lock box is great for when you have a package. But overall it is a great place to live.

It’s really nice out here. The property is serene and pretty. The staff is nice and welcoming. They make it their business to know all the residents.

Honestly I love the community it is peaceful and there are alot of good people that live here. Not to mention the staff are amazing and very helpful.

My initial move-in experience was not the best. I had some pest issues upon moving in and dog hair all over. However, the staff worked diligently to make sure that my concerns were met. The building itself has lots of wear and tear, but the apartment is cozy. It’s a nice starter apartment.

Could be better. Maintenance doesn’t get around to fix these on time and when they do come, they don’t even know what they’re coming to fix. cats everywhere now and the steps and porches could use a pressure wash.

Great community, I really enjoy the community events and the office staff that feels like family. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a great new place to live!!

Moved here from Orlando and despite some hiccups along the way I love finally being here. The trails are great, so much around the area just in walking distance, and everyone in the office as well as maintenance are very friendly.

Wow! This is the best apartment complex or community I have ever lived in. I will be 68 in November and this is the first and only place that has 3 community recreation areas for residents to relax, socialize with others. Plus the pool area which I am there 5 or 6 times a week. I love my neighbors and their dogs. One big question people about The Avenue at Harbison is, do you feel safe. My answer is yes.

Avenue at Harbison is a delightful place to live! There's nature trails throughout, a sparkling pool with a screened in gazebo and grill area. Walk the trails down to the lake and enjoy beautiful scenery with ducks, geese and picnic areas. I especially love my enclosed patio to sit out and enjoy the scenery and peace.

Not going so good flooded twice managers don’t care text and call no answers a lot of my things damaged they are nice but need to care about residents

I enjoy living here- great location, prices and people! Always things to do, events going on, and wonderful atmosphere. The office ladies are very polite and helpful, as well!

So far management has been nothing but nice and helpful. We love our apartment and neighbors. It feels like home. The apartment lay out is amazing and all the amenities here are perfect for us

The front office staff is friendly and responsive. They actually remember their renters when they walk in. That has never been the case in any other apartment complex I have lived in the past. The maintenance team is quick to respond and resolve any issues. You won't be left waiting for days just for someone to show up and check it out. Pest control is on point. Ceiling fans or non-oulet required lighting in the bedrooms would be a cherry on top. But for what it's worth, the experience more than makes up for it. This is the first apt complex I have renewed my lease with, and will hopefully renew again in the future.

Very smooth transition moving from Delaware to SC with the help of the office staff. Easy check-in at the front office and everything was ready when we got here.
