Property Ratings at Oxy Lofts
This community is great! Location, condos, management... Units are very spacious, laundry inside, wood floors, fitness center. Great place for LA close to everything. Really recommend it.
I can not say enough good things about this property, I have lived there for 7 years-the longest I have lived anywhere else in LA. The apartments are modern and cool and the complex is not too large so it feels like a tight knit community. All apartments have a washer and dryer which is a must in my book. Upstairs apartments come with their own balconies and downstairs is townhouse style, management is super helpful and friendly. It is also a pet friendly community , all that combined is hard to find in LA. Usually you get one or the other.
