Everyone is very friendly and they have been eager to introduce themselves and to know my name. Almost everyone owns a dog, so if dogs aren't your thing you might not like it here. I love dogs and it just makes life more fun here. There are many fun things to do, yet, I can enjoy being alone in my apt when I want to.

I didn’t know anything about Overture. My realtor took me to two properties. One was Overture and the other one was a property that has been in business for a long time. The price was about the same. The other property was old and funky and Overture was in business for a short period of time and everything was new and well maintained. It took just a tour of Overture for me to decide it was the place for me. Every day I live here just reinforces the fact that I have made the right decision.

Overture River District s an excellent community to move live in for singles or couples. The staff here is amazing!! The monthly Event Calendar stays full due to an excellent event planner. This was an excellent choice from my mother and I to become residents here at the Overture River District Community!!!
