The best things (in order of importance): Virtually all of the residents here are more friendly and non- judgmental of each other. Size of the rooms are so much better than any place else have looked at or resided at. Location convenient access to shopping, services used, Personnel here are friendly and helpful. Living here at Overture is my first experience living in apartment, it’s like one big family. If there is a problem, it is taken care of immediately. It’s quiet, clean, safe. Lots of activities. I love it!!??

We moved to Overture Ridgmar 3 years ago after looking at many over 55 living arrangements in Fort Worth. We felt a part of our community right away. The residents are wonderful and the staff is attentive, helpful and provides many fun activities. The pool and hot tub are amazing and we especially like the secure underground parking. The apartments are spacious and there are storage units. It is, most definitely, a lovely place to live.
Ease and support before ,during, and after move from staff and residents made a stressful situation easier.
Overture is a great place to live. Lots of events and the people here are so friendly. The staff is very helpful and actually care about you

This is a great place to live, everybody is very friendly. Everybody helps everybody else. Management here is very great. They come to you as fast as I can and they help us all this is just one big healthy happy home thank you.
Overture Ridgmar has been my home since it opened. I have lived in two apartments here, and love the one I am presently in. My children have been instructed to allow me to live here if I become incapable of taking care of myself. They will arrange for my care.

We have lived at Overture 3 years and are so pleased with the facility. We researched all independent living facilities and Overture was the only one that offered accessible parking garage and total square footage for the same money. Our children are very happy we made the move here. I highly recommend the facility. And, our staff is top notch. We appreciate them.

Accommodations larger than completion therefore more comfortable. The residents are welcoming and concerned for each other. Price is reasonable for ambiance of the apartments. The social executive has developed many well attended by residents. Many involve breakfast type and many weekly events and activities which encourage social activity and treats which are rather like fun family events. Every one should take the time to visit here in their search for accommodations. You will not be sorry!

Overture Ridgmar is a very pleasant senior community with large floor plans and situated close to shopping that seniors use such as Walmart, Target, and several grocery stores.

As I said , I think Overture Ridgmar is the best Active Adult facility in Ft. Worth. The apartments are the largest in town and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel completely at home. The underground parking and resort style pool are tremendous extras!! The best asset is the great group of people that live here. They are the most caring and supportive group of people I have ever come cross. If you are looking for and Active Living Community, I strongly suggest you start your search here t Overture Ridgmar!!
The apartments are sooo nice and big! There are absolutely wonderful residents that are like family. But, I think one of the best features is the underground garage!! You don't have to get out in bad weather to bring groceries in or anything else!!
I have been a resident since it's beginning--some 13 or so years ago. I plan to stay here till I die. My apartment is my home and I treat it like one.
We moved to Overture Ridgmar nearly 3 years ago and it was a very good move. Our home is beautiful and our residents are a family who takes care of each other. It is a wonderful place to live. Our management is exceptional, also.

The location is good because it is close to shopping, but bad because it is very noisy due to its proximity to a major airbase and loud traffic.

The staff are always friendly and ready to be helpful. The weekly Mix & Mingle Happy Hour is fun and gives the residents an opportunity to visit with each other. The two exercise classes are very appreciated. The line dancing class is fun. We have lived at Overture Ridgmar for two years and enjoy our apartment and appreciate that the ALL the appliances are included with the apartment. Moving to Overture Ridgmar was the best decision for us! We've enjoyed getting know the other residents and became a member of the Overture Ridgmar Family!!

Beautiful apartments. Great management. Several residents have lived here for many many years. Gorgeous pool and grounds. Community garden, putting green underground parking and professional workshop are a huge plus.

Since living at Overture(under another name) for 10 years, I have been ratified with my choice. Frequent management turnover has created the most stressful thing for me. Caylie and Patty have literally held this place together through most recent changes, for which I am grateful for their support and creative ideas for making Overture a welcoming place to call HOME. Mr Carpenter is a great, approachable manager; always willing to stop what he is doing and speak with residents. Being here such a short time, he has endeared himself to us. The additional ground-keeping has taken on a more active effort in beautifying our Overture home. Mr. Carpenter takes seriously our events and participates in all events. He is the best male manager we’ve had. His contribution to out Thanksgiving Potluck was a delicious pot of homemade Chicken Dumplings.

As far as your kind words to me, I am grateful. We have a wonderful community here at Overture Ridgmar and I am thrilled to be part of this family. The reception I have gotten from the residents has been overwhelming but you give me credit for things that just come natural to me. I want everyone here to be glad they live here. I keep my door open and am always available because I enjoy visiting with all of you. It is not hard to listen. I would want to know that someone were listening to my mom or dad if they needed help. I love Overture Ridgmar.... I moved here from a government-supported retirement residence, where our harried manager had to cover expenses with her really tight budget. My goodness, what a difference a few thousand dollars more in monthly-rent makes!

We are quite unique for an Active Adult property in the fact you get so much more space for your dollar, the huge amount of green space and nice views from every apartment. The fact that utilities are included. Parking is never an issue here due to the huge underground garage and yes, a huge pool! I believe it is one of the largest in Fort Worth. Perfect to invite your family and friends. The feeling of family and the sense of community is what I value most. I thank you again for taking your time and providing your kind feedback. Upkeep on carpets and chunks out of door trim is much lower in 2013 when previous owners were in charge. Quite honestly I am now embarrassed when my longtime local friends come to visit at the shabby look today.

The residents are extremely welcoming and open to accepting new people. The staff really work hard to satisfy the residents but it is very small to take care of the demands of and requests of over 100 people.

We moved to overture 4/2023 primarily to be closer to family due to health reasons. Once here we found how caring and family like this community really is. I will be the first to admit that I still ask names but know some but it's ok. We have 2 friendly dogs and especially enjoy walking them early morning in the back area which I find peaceful. The building and grounds are very nice and well kept. The management and maintenance crew are prompt to fix reported issues. We simply enjoy our apt and being amongst friends.

I love living here, but that is because great people live here. Overture does have great features that put it above some of the apartments being built today; I just wish they would not keep trying to bring in modern style furnishings in the common areas. It just doesn't fit the building.
