Overture North Scottsdale is a beautiful place to live with gorgeous amenities,wonderful staff and nice neighbors. I am loving my new home!!
Beautiful community, quiet environment, great activities, pleasant management and great care and maintenance, and great amenities.
The move in process was a breeze and we are now enjoying a beautiful apartment with great views. Staff has been very welcoming and helpful. I am enjoying the fitness classes and art activities I have been able to attend and am looking forward to attending some of the scheduled social activities.

I was very happy to find a place fir senior living that did not consist entirely of people needing assistance. I am not unaware that I could be one of those people at any time, but when it happens, I will no doubt move to an assisted living facility. The folks here are extremely nice and very friendly. I felt welcome from my first day.
It is poorly managed leading to a circus environment.

Although Overture markets to 55+, the resident demographic tends to skew much older. Many of the residents here are either pre-independent living or should be in independent living or beyond. Home health workers visit residents regularly. For the most part, everyone is friendly but this is NOT an active adult community. The programming is primarily aimed at an older audience and staff tends to treat residents as if everyone was a 'senior' and less active (which is great if that's what you're looking for). It's a nice facility, it was brand-new and the location can't be beat, but it has been difficult to find people who are in the same age group or level of health and fitness here. Those of us who moved in thinking it would be more active will likely be moving on at the end of our leases.

Great place to live. Beautiful and convenient location and building. The apartments are well designed and are modern and spacious. Downsizing to a one bedroom apartment doesn’t feel like I downsized at all. Residents and staff are friendly and there are lots of activities. Easy to make friends!
