Living in Kierland Overture since 8/23 has been great. It was the best decision we made. That is why I chose to move into a smaller two bedroom apt here 11/25 rather than move to another complex.

In all honesty, Overture should be listed as over 85 not 55. For me and I’m old there are too many old people in this building with walkers, wheelchairs, canes, etc., etc. The best part about living in Overture is the excellent staff you have at present.

Overture Kierland is a classy, well-run, perfectly staffed, beautifully designed and tastefully decorated apartment home for 55 adults. Residents are warm and friendly. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, banks, grocery stores and every conceivable kind of restaurant are a skip-and-a-hop away. The hallways are wide and airy and well lit with seating nearby. The mailroom is spacious and the garage is clean and well lit. The maintenance department addresses work orders promptly.

Overture Kierland has proven to be the perfect place for us to live in Arizona. So close to the Mayo Clinic where we receive excellent care. We love and appreciate our neighbors here in the staff is responsive and friendly.

I moved here in 07/2019. Maintenance was so much better you could get things resolved in an hour. They use to clean the dog park every day. Now it’s disgusting. I have also gone to the office with other issue’s regarding personal threats and bullying. They told me to call the police.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve been facing. Our goal is to ensure all our residents feel comfortable, supported, and safe. We take maintenance, cleanliness, and safety seriously, and I apologize that we have not met your expectations in these areas. Please know that the dog park and property are cleaned daily, but we will be sure to double-check these areas more thoroughly moving forward. Additionally, we are actively working on a solution for the gates to the dog park, as we’ve noticed an increase in non-resident pets entering the area. Regarding the threats and bullying, I strongly encourage you to contact law enforcement, as this is a serious matter that needs their attention. I did a lot of research prior to creating my short list of seven properties to tour. Of those seven, Overture Kierland stood out to me based on the apartment's cleanliness, premiere construction, 24/7 pool access, terrific staff, and much more. In the end it wasn't even close. A first class living experience.

I love it here. Everyone is very nice. Best move I have made. Love everyone that works in the office and the maintenance crew are very professional when they come to fix what ever issues you have.

We love living at Overture. the building is well-maintained and well-run. The residents are friendly and warm. The gym and its services are excellent, especially Eva. the snacks are adequate and could be improved.

having had prior experience with senior living which was this side of a nightmare, being at Overture Kierland is a dream come true. I think it is beautiful.

Overture Kierland is a WONDERFUL place to live: staff & those residing here are all So Nice & friendly, AND this location is the Best! Kierland an so many other top quality shops are just a step away, along with great restaurants, movie theaters, doctors, etc. I personally love it here.
We have been here since February 2021 and have made a lot of friends here. The office manager, office personnel, and maintenance crew have been so helpful and we feel at home here. there are a lot of things to do here if you decide to be involved. We feel like one big family
