After living at the Overture for a little over a year, I find the living experience at Overture quite positive. When choosing an apartment home a person trying to make a decision about where they are going to live may sometimes find it difficult. Some of the information needed is easily found with a tour of the facility and a quote of the annual cost of the apartments that are available. These are the most important considerations. But there are other types of important information that are not so easy to find. For example if you are concerned about whether or not you will be able to make friends in the apartment complex you really can't find that out until you have signed a lease, moved in, and lived there for at least six months. The same issue exists in assessing how well the building is maintained and how responsive the building maintenance team is in fixing problems, if and when they arise. I have just renewed my lease for another year because, after 12 to months, I know for a fact that the building is well maintained and I know that I am surrounded by residents with whom I have much in common. You should keep this in mind if you are considering moving into the Overture Domain and are comparing it with other establishments. It will make it a lot easier for you to make a good decision.

I am so glad that I live here. The pictures are so beautiful BUT what’s really wonderful about this place is the staff they’re all amazing people who have been kind and caring. My washer was broken and I had wet clothes. The staff helped me move them to another washer and dryer and I was able to finish them all.

Our 3 week Overture experience has been just perfect! We love the contemporary decorated lobby, common areas, grilling pool area and gym! The residents could not be any kinder or more welcoming! Our apt. was in pristine condition when we moved in. I love that there is a FULL calendar of social events to pick and choose. Love being in the Domain where anything we need is here! And such a fun place to have guests to enjoy it all with us. The guest apt is amazing. Our friends intend to rent it soon!

I have never lived in an apartment before. I was worried about the noise but the domain is so well built that I don’t have a single problem. The staff is amazing, kind, and professional people who care about my community.

Overture Domain is the perfect home for me. I ve made so many wonderful friends here. We can walk to the many fabulous places to eat or do some shopping in the many stores in the Domain. I ve always felt so safe and comfortable in my peaceful apt. We have such fun activities available right here in our apartment building!

Life at Overture is a cut above the rest. As a retiree looking to downsize, I looked at this facility for 2-3 years online and knew this was where I wanted to be. Located in north Austin in the south end of the Domain, it has everything you need within a mile or two, including shops, department stores, grocery stores, and medical facilities, just to name a few. The building is very nice with excellent maintenance and furnishings. The grounds and landscaping are maintained with soft and hard landscaping features. Exercise options are available on a daily basis with outside vendors coming in to lead sessions. The pool area is beautiful, and a continental breakfast is available three mornings a week. Furry friends are a big part of life here as well. The award-winning staff works very hard to accommodate the residents, who become good friends. Holidays and birthdays are celebrated, and new residents have a meet and greet with other residents. What more do you need, and where do I sign?

I love living at Overture Domain. It makes it so easy to find new friends. The total cost of living here is much lower than the overall costs of living in a house with its high electricity, water, insurance, maintenance fees, HOA fees, and property taxes.

I feel truly blessed by being a resident of the Overture Domain for almost six years All of the staff are truly supported and prompt at solving any issue that presents itself. I really appreciate all the social activities available and have made so many wonderful friends here I love my apartment and the peace and comfort that it offers. I feel safe and secure here but so many fellow tenants whom I have befriended have left due to rent increases. The staff are lovely and approachable.

We fell in love with the pool and courtyard. Sitting with friends around a meal that was grilled, taking water exercise classes and lounging in the pool with friends and family is absolutely wonderful. Love having my little grandsons come swim with us on Sunday afternoon. The four year old George says he loves this place! My husband and I both play in organized poker groups. There is plenty of games to choose. I love Book Club and having a library. The back porch area is such a lovely place to hang out. And of course we always go to Happy Hour to socialize. Living in the Domaine gives access to dining, shopping, food trucks and events. Such fun. Close to Q2 stadium and bus or train.

My husband and I are enjoying the lifestyle that Overture 55 is providing us. The building is well maintained, exercise classes are very good and there are so many activities where you can meet new friends.
