We have only been here a week. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Our apartment is starting to shape up nicely! We are looking forward to joining in the many activities.

Dryer not operating at move in. Electrical plus that don't work. Electrical switches not correctly connected. Although these deficiencies were found, the maintenance staff worked with diligence to correct them. Still waiting for electrician.

Recently I have been impressed as to how our grounds are looking much better. All the work being done here is really showing. I love living here!

I am a new resident have been enjoying the facilities and meeting new and very friendly people. I am looking forward to the Orientation session which I was told was in the process. Wind Up is a good social time from 4-6 on Wednesdays just to have pleasant conversations and to catch up with many new residents. There are many clubs and activities to get involved.

I like living here very much. The residents are so friendly and helpful. I love the location and the beauty of this area of South Carolina. Truly lovely.

Very easy to fill out paperwork for lease. I am really enjoying the new management team! Especially, Zach! He is the best! He would give you the shirt off of his back, if it would help you. I don't think he knows the word, "No." He will just say that he would be more than happy to help. He is a really nice young man! He reminds me of my Grandson, when he was younger. Overall, great team!

Everyone has been very friendly. We have only just arrived and have yet to find where we fit. But the community is lovely, and the grounds are beautifully kept and secure.

Just received my lease renewal and not happy considering the residents have told us they had better renewals. We would have been ok if everyone had the same % but ours is much more. I think this complex wants to keep it an assisted living vs active living.

Overture Daniel Island has been a rewarding destination place for me to call home. I have enjoyed my time here but we are not enjoying the social aspect and entertainment that we once did due to staffing problems. I hope the problem will be rectified soon. Leasing prices are very high each year at renewal but not getting tenants money worth. Somewhat disappointed.

I continue to enjoy living at Overture Daniel Island, as I've shared for 3 years now. What more can I really say? I'm still here and have leased up for an additional 15 months. This speaks volumes, wouldn't you say? I plan to remain here for as long as I will be able to afford it. Overture and Daniel Island are wonderful and peaceful places to live. Such beautiful nature replete with walking and biking trails, and ponds. And as I mentioned in a past review, I love the posted speed of 25 miles an hour and continue to drive around like Miss Daisy.

During construction, inadequate sound dampening was installed between floors. Sounds are noticeable from the apartment above. Management is excellent. Housekeeping is well done. The maintenance staff is top notch.

For an apartment living style, Overture is not your ordinary apartment living. The apartments are nicely arranged with uo to date features such as granite counters, large showers with safety bars, and balconies. Many ammenities are offered allowing for good comraderie among fellow redidents.

Downsizing and moving is hard, but having a storage unit right across the hall really has helped me. And Zac has been a delightfully friendly face to help me with my many questions!

the feeling of community is one of the main reasons I moved here . you never have to feel alone . the second reason is not having to worry about Mantiance. when i had a house it was always a problem finding good a company to repair items.

Clean and well-cared for. Super nice staff and friendly residents. The setting is gorgeous and the location on Daniel Island is perfect. The moment you get off the highway it becomes a different - more peaceful - world. Shopping is adequate and closeby-Mount Pleasant has everything.

Overture is a great place to live. I have made many good friends and enjoy sharing activities with them. The staff is friendly and helpful and I love my apartment.

I feel that the upkeep of the property has really gone downhill. For some reason the trashcans near the side entrances were removed recently and the two near the benches in the front of the building. Just one day they were gone. The one trash can by the main entrance is always full. What a way to welcome people to our home. The landscaping under the carport in the front is a mess, so unkept with dead plants. There is a large hole in the hall ceiling outside my apt that has had a big ladder under it for over a week???? It’s still there. I am becoming very disappointed with things here at the Overature.

So happy to be enjoying a beautiful fall at Overture Daniel Island. Taking a walk and coming back to our great place to live is wonderful. I have been doing this for 4 years and looking to more

I love this Community everybody greet you, l like the organization of this Complex, the variety of exercises that we are able to do. I feel secure when l heard that a storm is coming.

Great community that is made a joy and homelike by management team of Ryan,Alexandra,Zoey and Zac...awesome team. The maintenence upkeep by professionals Paul and Robert and their updated,informed,precise communication is top of the line. I feel at home.

Me and my husband love it here. We love, love our unit. Also, I especially like having inside corridors, our mail and packages being inside. I love how beautiful the open spaces are. I love how wonderful the pool is and how nice the planters are with the amazing plants, and the view of the marsh with all the wildlife. It’s a great place to live. Last but not least the staff and maintenance are very helpful in anything you need.

This has been a wonderful move for me. The staff is amazing! The complex is very well taken care of. This has been a great transition from being a homeowner to apartment living.

It was good! But nobody has called me back so that I can set a move in date. I am a bit disappointed in that part of the experience. While I was there, the staff was wonderful.

It’s a very nice community. The apartment is very nice and the residents are friendly. I have a great view and I enjoy the neighborhood. It’s conveniently located to everything I need.

Overture Daniel Island is a beautiful place to live, especially if you like walking trails, biking, ponds, and green nature with beautiful flowers in the surrounding areas as much as I do. The gorgeous Waterfront Park has easily become one of my havens. At Overture you can be as involved or uninvolved as you choose to be in the sponsored activities in this community. I am looking forward to taking my exploration to another level by getting to know the Charleston area as I draw near to another lease up in a few months, marking my 3 years as a resident.

Perfect for seniors. Pick and choose avtivities. We all have each others back. Staff friendly and helpful. Very helpful lunch and learn lunches.

We just moved in, and found that the staff was both professional and patient - both qualities that a 55 community needs. Amenities are easy to access and activity offerings are welcome.

Beautiful facility and well maintained. Friendly residents and wonderful staff. The amenities are numerous and basic shopping and restaurants are a mile away. Many others are within 5-10 miles. My husband and I love it here.

Wonderful, very active community, views are beautiful, very peaceful place, residents help to each others, this is a very good organized community!!

We have only lived here for a few weeks now, but it has been a really great experience, from signing, to move-in, and everything since! We have already decided that we will be extending our lease. I don't necessarily get to participate in many of the activities, but I love that they offer so much. The staff has all been fabulous and we know that we made the right decision chosing Overture Daniel Island. We would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place that has a great staff as well as amenities and is located in a secure location.

I am going on my third year I am extremely pleased with everyone working here. They are always pleasant and willing to help you. I love all the amenities we have. I feel like I am on vacation every day living here. This is a wonderful facility and I recommend Overture Daniel Island to 55 and other. Could not be better

With an activities director on staff - and the beauty of the amenities, this overture community has a cruise ship feel. Every day is a vacation !

Overture Daniel Island is just perfect for me. The staff and maintenance go out of their way to accommodate my needs that are carried out promptly. Great place to live.

Overture Daniel Island has been my home for almost two years. Apartment living was new to me, but my experience at Overture has been an extremely positive one. The building is new and beautiful, we have a heated pool, gym, yoga room, lovely clubhouse, all of which I use in my daily life. The activities offered are varied and numerous - if you're bored here, it's not because there's nothing to do! The staff are hellful and friendly, the tenants are, in general, affable and social. All in all, Overture is a great place and I love it here!

A cliquey, disorganized environment in which all of the staff are not aware of building issues, even those that are potentially fire hazards. All committees are not displayed publicly so it is difficult to tell who is doing what and when or why. Some staff and residents are extremely nice! Some staff go out of their way to help you while some need some help with professionalism. Some amenities are fantastic! Some are only designed for those who do not work during the day/night. Overall, as an apartment, OK, but as a community, as it is billed, it needs some development.

ODI is a great place, very friendly and welcoming.

Oh my word, I truly love it here! Having a pool that is kept as pristine as possible is vital for me! And our amenities are all kept clean! I have observed our housekeeping Battery , and they are currently very conscientious about cleaning and watchful about not making too much noise whenever residents are in the areas! We have a popcorn machine now which is so cool! The staff have all been mindful about keeping s as l the community TV’s i good working order! And on that note our maintenance staff are right now available to do any repairs as soon as they can! I feel very blessed to have such wonderful appliances! I moved from California and my home needed so many major repairs which were joy affordable for me so living in this beautiful new apartment is so wonderful ! I truly wake u every morning thanking God for having this beautiful new apartment to live in plus living here on Daniel Island-is so much fun! We have wonderful restaurants, excellent medical care! I love it here!!!

After becoming a widow I found Overture Daniel Island close to my son and family. I highly recommend to anyone 55 . I love all my friends from different states and different ages. The staff is just super and cater to all our needs. I love it here and Daniel Island.

I have lived here on Daniel Island for the past year. It has been a super experience! The Island and surrounding environs are beautiful. Moreover, Daniel Island is virtually self contained. There is a supermarket, two pharmacies, a butcher shop, several good restaurants, as well as doctor and dentist offices. Also, from Daniel Island the ocean beaches and downtown historic Charleston are just twenty minutes away. The living is top notch here on Daniel Island!

I have been here three months and I am enjoying every second. I would highly recommend a Overture Daniel Island to anyone who is looking to relocate. The staff are responsive, the activities fun and it is a great place to retire
