This community is beautiful, clean, quiet, and well maintained. Everything is nearby, and we have a lovely hillside view. The freeway is close. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Maintenance is always prompt, and the workers are pleasant.
I love the peaceful living at The Overlook. The staff is caring and so nice. Grounds are well maintained and the views are amazing.
In the year that I have lived here, every time I have had to call into the office or come in. The staff are always happy to help me with any problem promptly. They make living here feel like I'm on vacation all year long.
I would recommended , that living at the Overlook is so peaceful ,safe and wonderful .
I enjoy living here but at times I wish it would go back to 55 and older.
I have lived here for 19 years and have always been satisfied with all situations. The staffs have always been pleasant and are willing to work with/for you. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Also is close to everything you may need.
Wonderful place to live. Pamela and Frida are warm and caring professionals, maintenance gets the job done and the residents are friendly and quiet. A nice place to call home.
This is nice beautiful place needs More big Trees for cars to be in shade , every six months bldgs should be Power wash , dog owners Must pickup after their dogs so place doesnt spell , Trash pickup needs more frequencies
We have lived at the Overlook for 7 years, it is beautiful, quiet and secure. We love it.
Great place to live with friendly people
Please notify Management and Staff that there is a mandated Covid face covering regulation from the State Dept. Of Health. The maintenance staff came to door without masks to do repairs. Tenants in this complex do not follow the requirements. This is a Senior complex and persons including staffers who do not comply are endangering the Senior residents. Post signs please.
Some attention should be paid to the condition, of some of the patios, blinds, etc.

The Management & Maintenance Teams at The Overlook show concern & empathy with the residents which I consider vital to a healthy & stable livelihood.
The Overlook is the best place to live for me and seniors
This property is very well located, safe, surrounded by businesses and restaurants, we also have paramedics and police close by. All the people in the office are friendly, willing to help, and satisfy our wishes as much as possible. I am very happy to live here.
It is so important to be happy whereever you choose to live and I have found such peace of mind to be living at the Overlook at Anaheim Hills.

Very nice and quiet placeto live.
I have lived here 18 1/2 years and am completely satisfied. Obviously. The current staff , including maintenance , has always treated me with respect. It is a wonderful place to live.
