Located on the southwest side of Downtown Asheville, South French Broad is tree-filled neighborhood defined by sprawling homes perched along hilly streets. The French Broad River is on the west side of the community, and S. French Broad Avenue bisects the neighborhood. South French Broad is home to the River Arts District Farmers Market, a popular weekly market featuring a variety of local farmers and artisans.
