The Best 7 years of my life

We have lived in this community for 7 years and have enjoyed it. the property team here is the best I've ever experienced. we've enjoyed living here so much that we will probably never leave here. All of our neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful, one time my son got locked out of our apartment when he got home from school one of the other parents helped him contact me and let me know he would be safe with her family until I got home from work to unlock the apartment.

Recommended! Nice apartment!

Our experience with Capitol Heights is pretty good. It is a kid and pet-friendly apartment, and our daughter loves the on-site playground. Although the apartment itself is a little old, our unit had pet odor from previous tenant, managers are very nice and did their best to help eliminate the odor. The rent is reasonable, and they do not nit pick to keep your deposit as long as you do your diligence to clean before moving out. There is a small trail by the apartment, and it had been our walking route when we stayed there. Easy access to 101, I-5 and west side.

Amazing

I love this place. There is one site maintenance 24/7 for emergencies. When I call for a repair, I rarely wait more then 3 hours for them to show up. The manager is amazing and will work with customers when problems arise. The freeway noise is NOT an issue for me, I barely hear it!
