I had the pleasure of touring at Overall Creek with Deb recently. The property is perfectly located and offers amenities galore. The closet space is over the top. Deb was patient and kind. She answered every question I had, and believe me I asked a lot of questions. I’m a new mom, and newly married. This is a big decision for my family. Deb made was so approachable and knowledgeable. We definitely plan to make Overall Creek our home in the near future.

I’m writing this review because I want people to know what a nice place it is to live here. My father moved here after selling his house. He downsized from a large home after mom passed. l stop in the office from time to time when visiting him. Overall Creek Apartments is tucked away, but close to everything. Debbie, the manager always takes time to stop and say hello, and seems to care about the community. I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance guys too. I feel good knowing my dad is in good hands. Rarely do things break in his apartment, but when they do, Larry takes care everything promptly.

Debbie, the manager is helpful and sincere. I’m renewing my lease again. I’ve lived at Overall Creek since it was built 4 years ago. Larry, the maintenance man takes care of any repairs I have promptly. I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

Just moved in, and I really like my new apartment. It is spacious and modern. I love having a full size washer and dryer. The employees are helpful and professional. I’ve never lived in a community with valet trash service. Pretty convenient! The fitness center is very convenient and right next door to where I live. I am saving $$ big time, no longer pay for a gym service as the fitness room has everything I need. Very happy overall. It is also very close to Krogers, Dunkin Donuts and a few other restaurants.

From the moment I viewed the apartment I was impressed. Very modern! The attention from management working at Overall Creek has been awesome. I have lived at many complexes in the past, but none have had the amenities and attention to detail this apartment community has. The manager offered me several options and floor plans. Deb responded to all my questions and concerns. I’m super happy with the apartment I toured. I like to cook, and the kitchen is amazing with a lot of counter space, cabinets and drawers. The workout room is impressive with a variety of up-to-date machines. I have one more place to view before I make a decision, but Overall Creek Apartments is definitely a contender.

I work from home and when I get off of work it feels like I am living on a resort! I moved in during the summer and even now that it is winter the fire pits out side are the highlight of my night! I love the gym as well! It is huge and even if there are 2 or 3 people in it, you barley notice them! Absolutely love it, so grateful I found this place!

Overall Creek is extremely pretty, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful- it feels like we live at a resort. The office staff, management and maintenance staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offers amenities that most communities don’t. My husband enjoys the hydro massage chair, and I enjoy the tanning salon. The fitness center is open 24/7 and saves us money on a gym membership. Our electric bills have been no more than $80.00 a month. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Valet Trash service has improved a great deal in the last few months. We are very please living here.

Overall Creek is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of my parking garage. My wife and love it here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood and very convenient to shopping. They have various social activities too. The community is also close to where we work -which is very convenient.

When I first moved in back in 2020, it was a good place to live. However, it is now almost unbearable living here and I can’t wait for my lease to end. The office is hard to get in touch with. They never answer the phone, they never respond to emails, and half the time the front office doesn’t open on time. If you email them, rather than responding to your email, they will put a NOTE on your door. Yes, you read that correctly. They got bought out by a new company and they are terrible. There’s no respect here and neighbors are pretty inconsiderate as well. These apartments are cheaply made so you can hear every little thing going on outside. It’s supposed to be a non smoking property but that’s not true. People smoke all the time and I can’t stand it. They also throw their cigarettes on the ground when they are done. There are more people leaving these apartments than resigning and that should be the biggest red flag!
My husband and I have lived here for about a year and a half. We have loved it up until we got new neighbors. We quickly noticed after they moved in the smell of marijuana started to come into our apartment. We let it slide for awhile since it seemed to come and go. However, at the start of the year, it has become a constant smell nuisance. We have a baby and do not want to expose her to that smell. We have seen our neighbors smoke on their porch and with how strong the smell is, we can assume they are smoking inside as well. We have called the leasing office 5 times to complain and the only thing they have done is take a walk around the building and asked other neighbors if they smelled it(which they said they did) The leasing office says they can’t assume it’s them and ask them to stop. I asked if a community wide email could be sent out advising of the smoking policy and I was told they would do so, but that has never went out. We have talked to our neighbors twice ourselves and asked them to at least keep it outside. They said they would keep their stuff outside. (They admitted to smoking to us L-O-L)I believe by us asking, it has only made it worse. We asked to be moved to another unit, but we were told we would have to reapply, pay another $1000 (this would not be like a deposit, it would be non refundable fee) and our rent would go up again. The lack of help from the leasing office has been so disappointing and having inconsiderate neighbors has made our living anything but peaceful. We really have loved this place up to this point but this complex will lose great renters due to this. If you have a family, think twice before you live here because this complex clearly does not care about illegal activity taking place on their property.
I have been here going on three years. I move to this apartment because of the location. I even looked past the point that there was no coat closet or either linen closet. And they are wired here only for A T & T services. I had to find where to take my trash on my own when I first move In. ?? I have noticed that some people have bought outdoor video cameras. Red Flag ! People are not friendly here at all. 95% of time. residents keep their blinds close. I think this was a wrong choice moving to this complex. HELP !!!
lived there for a little over a year and things got worse & worse by the day. We had a window leak in our living room that we had been waiting on them to fix since we moved in which til this day is not fixed yet. The structure of the units are so fragile if you breathe too hard it will crumble. The walls become stained from every little touch, some of our beakers had to be changed within 2months of living there. The pool got vandalized over the summer, 2 people's cars got broken into, someone put sugar into one of my guests gas tank, someone stole my roommates muddy shoes from in front of our door. Everyone around us had a dog and they would be barking all hours of the day and night. Our upstairs and downstairs neighbors argued day in and day out inside and outside of their apartment literally SCREAMING at each other. Maintenance was clueless most of the time except for one of the newer guys who I greatly appreciate. The property manager Kaitlyn & Asst. Amber are the sweetest ladies and they keep you up to date as much as possible; they just need a better team to back them up. I really wanted to love this place.

I moved here in 2020 summer around the time when the apartments were first opening up. The place is good spot to live in Murfreesboro and for a good price since these apartments are newly built. The staff is very understanding and good to communicate with. I just renewed my lease and plan on staying here for awhile. I been moving from apartment to apartment and this is my first time renewing since moving to TN in 2019. Always do your own research and drive to the apartment complex to scope the place out for yourself and talk to the staff before reading ANY review for ANY apartment if you can:)
Been living here for over a yr now and am signing up for another. Management and staff are so friendly. They are always prompt with any issues and very professional. Children and I love the swimming area. Can't say enough about Overall creek. Definitely a place you want to raise your children.
READ BEFORE CONSIDERING! If I could give it a 0 stars I would. They seemed all over the place right from the beginning. We submitted the application last year as we only had 30 days to move out of our old apartment which we regret. We did not hear anything back and had to keep calling every single day for almost 3 weeks because we never got a notice of approval. We have been living here for almost a year and hate every part of it. We have submitted complaints of variety things and all we get is an apology from them. It seems like we have been getting picked on from the beginning from their racist maintenance team. The only time they actually want to do something is when it comes to FEES! We have probably gotten 3-4 notices from the time we lived here and yet we see people breaking rules all the time from having things on their porch/balcony, trash outside their door, then the dog below us that barks all day long which you're not supposed to have a dog barking more than 15 minutes. They are so "strict" on rules but they need to be strict on ALL rules and not pick and choose. We cannot wait to get out this crappy architectural apartment complex. And no we don't want to email you or you call us so please don't. You'll get your stupid fees paid but we'll also be calling corporate.
I moved in a month ago and love my apartment so far. The staff is great, and the community is beautiful!
The place itself looks nice inside and its well lit outside. The office people are terrible to deal with, have to call them 6 times so they'll remeber to do something, even then you're lucky. Most people out here are younger so they like to party on Friday or Saturday and will keep you up all night making a ridiculous amount of noise, office do nothing about it. Looking into getting a lawyer to break our lease early due to failing to provide me with a "Quiet Enjoyment" in my apartment.
I can't say enough positive things about these apartments! The manager was really awesome to us. We were really picky about what we wanted and she bent over backwards to accommodate us. From our tour to our move in everything was great. The apartments are beautiful as are the grounds. We love the pool as it has the beachy shallow end with chairs in it. You can't go wrong moving here!
This is a new apartment, but cross the street, there are other buildings under construction, VERY VERY NOISY!! From 7 am-4 pm, Monday to Saturday, there is no peace at all. People cutting grass in this community, the machine also very noisy, and they cut grass very often, you can't rest. After you moved in, management sometimes gives residents attitudes, makes you feel bad. And my neighbor smoke weeds, I can smell it almost every night. We signed the lease already, didn't have chances to find out these problems before move in, we don't want to lose my deposit, so we have to stay here and suffer. I hope you can read my review before move in, think about it before you apply this community. Good luck!!
