Property Ratings at Ovaltine Court
It's great while you're living there, but once you leave they will waive the final walk through and then charge you for rubbish they make up. You have no recourse because they waived the walk through. Then when you try to negotiate and tell them you literally don't have the money to pay them, they'll set debt collectors on you.
I ultimately wasn’t able to move here, but Kim in the leasing dept was INCREDIBLE to deal with. Great communication and helpful in the search and process. Highly recommended!!
Lived in the factory building for two years... loved the building, the facilities and the management TEAM. If ever there was something that needed repair, it was done quickly and professionally. The only reason we're no longer there is because we bought a place of our own. It was a great place to live!

It's a quiet area with great neighbors. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
I have lived in Ovaltine Court apartments for 2 years and have no complaints. The leasing office staff is extremely accommodating, kind, knowledgable, and remembers every resident. Maintenance can be contacted via phone or a request can be made online to have something fixed in your apartment. There are many perks at Ovaltine, including the gorgeous pool, leasing office lobby, grills for everyone's use, a fire pit, workout room, in-unit laundry, storage rooms, and a variety of apartments available. I love that the Prairie Path runs along Ovaltine so that running, walking, and biking are easy to do. For all that is offered at Ovaltine, the price is great. I would highly recommend Ovaltine Apartments.
I always wanted a cute apartment to decorate. But after my boyfriend found a loft at Ovaltine, I fell in love with the industrial, cement, brick and mortar loft style. And in the western burbs, this is the first and last place you'll look. Exposed duct and pipe work, but secure entrances, permit parking, pool, and nearby pubs make it a great place to call home base.
Have you ever wanted to live in an exposed brick eclectic cool loft apartment? I moved in 4 years ago and I love my place and everyone that comes over is in awe. Exposed brick 18 foot high ceilings polished concrete floors. Huge windows let in lots of sun light and give a open feeling. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of nice amenities pool, workout area, in apartment washer and dryer. very centrally located to major highways and Metra.
