The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Outlook Ridge
I love the amenities and the spacious rooms the apartment gives us.
The rent doubled, cars are broken into every night. Bye outlook ridge, the new management team ruined a nice apartment building
Management/ listen to their sales pitch, then talk to a resident. Nothing like the sales pitch. Very Sad!
Apartments are in good condition and grounds very nice. New management that took over on April 1, 2021 is very poor. They think they know everything but know nothing. They treat renters very poorly and are every rude to renters. They treat you like you own the apartment and not renters. What to do everything by email. Will only see you by appointment only but will not answer phones and don't return messages. Looked me out of my storage unit without warning even though I just signed a new lease that included the unit and would not let back in. Would not give me copy of lease. Never have time to talk to you. Want fine you everything and take photos of renters everywhere they go.
Poor managment they are racial profiling. Some where you don't wanna live they continue to give you the run around. They don't keep their property kept up. Overall 1 star for poor managment.
