The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Outlook Littleton
Meager accommodations with very expensive rent. Amenities are halfway decent however always broken or closed due to one reason or another. Absolutely zero security, lots of vehicle break-ins and damage. Parking is the worst ever. I went to jump start one of my neighbors trucks and left my truck in a space, however I pay for a garage and the truck, I cannot register because it is my second vehicle and I’m the only adult in the lease. They impounded my truck within hours of parking it in a space without any warning. It cost me $350 to get out of impound and the apartment manager told me they can do nothing for me. They take nothing case by case and are horrible when dealing with residence.HORRIBLE!!!
If you get home later than 6pm you won’t find parking. You’ll have to park at the clubhouse or very back exit. As stated in another review they have very little guest parking as well. They have a company that patrols and boots cars that don’t have a parking pass. They need that company because they don’t have enough parking for the residents. Parking really sucks here. The only other complaint I have is with my next door neighbor, they’re so loud moving furniture around and banging things it seems like they live above us.
Outlook Littleton is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and go out of their way to help with whatever you need, my two bedroom apartment is spacious and updated, and I feel like I'm part of a little community with the pool, outdoor space, and wonderful neighbors.
Do not rent a 1st floor apartment if you decide to move here. The sound insulation is horrible and you can hear the upstairs neighbors even if they are just walking! Our current neighbors have a child that they let run around until after midnight and this keeps me up at night when I have to wake up at 4:30 for work. I have contacted the management numerous times and get the canned response that I have to have a recording of the noise to make any difference in our arrangement. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to record such low frequency noise and you definitely cannot record the walls shaking!
Terrible customer service. I moved my ill and disabled mother into a two bedroom apartment with myself so I could take care of her. She had poor credit so our combined security deposit was over $1000. We lived there for two years, maintenance was always slow, there was no caulking around the kitchen sink, and the neighbors were loud and rude. My sister stayed with us for a week when she came down from college for break, and her car (Honda Accord) got stolen right out of the parking lot. A couple weeks after that another resident's car had it's window smashed and items stolen from within it. Outlook did nothing to increase security. On moving out, I cleaned the apartment for two whole days. They still kept my entire security deposit. Crooks. Do NOT move here. You will regret it I'd you do, like I did.
First time ever visiting a friend and came out to a boot on my car, $330 later I was able to leave. There is no parking for visitors and the apartment knows this. So the apartment goes through a 3rd party so they are unable to help with anything or any concerns. They use the company Park it Right, Park it Right is useless as well in helping out. This place needs to invest in getting more visitor parking then they would not have to use a Park it Right company. Neither the Apartments or the Park it company cares about people. They just want your money.
Property Manager at Outlook Littleton, Responded To This Review
Thank you for letting us know about your recent visit to Outlook Littleton. We regret that you had an unfortunate experience while visiting here. We do have a contract with a company to monitor our parking lots which require a permit to park in unless the space is marked as Guest Parking. We do have signage stating this. The 3rd party company does charge a $150 fee for the boot and a $175 deposit that is refunded once the boot is returned. We can reassure you that this system is not in place for revenue reasons. This was put in place due to a need from our Residents to have ample parking when they are home as they are our number one priority.
Whatever you do, do not move here!!! Management is horrible and will go days without responding to your emails. The apartments have such poor construction that everything literally falls apart. It is so cheap. They moved us into an apartment that was unfinished. The baseboards are still taped, there were missing towel & toilet paper racks, etc. They didn't even bother to clean and there was dust and bugs left all over. They also lied about our move in date and didn't bother to tell us our place was going to be delayed weeks until I called 20 times. They are also extremely rude. I have never lived in such a poorly managed complex.
Outlook Littleton is a brand new apartment complex (buildings and grounds still being constructed mid Aug '15 and I moved in a bit over a month ago). Overall this place is just a nice place at a reasonable (well reasonable for Denver Area) price. Some slightly odd but really awesome extras for the "typical" Colorado resident (resident bike repair stand with tools provided, ski/snowboard repair table, indoor dog wash station, dog park which could really use some shade to make it more useable but is still a good thing to have, & there is even a community raised garden being put in).
We moved in a month ago. Even though they are still in construction it's a wonderful place to live. Very dog friendly and amazing out door pool and jacuzzi. They also have loads of activities for the residents like socials and a great gym. They also have a bike and ski room and a huge dog grooming room!
