The staff at this community are always so nice and the community is always clean. The event calender is always filled with fun and exciting events. This is the perfect place for me in this season of my life.
Outlook Gwinnett community is wonderful, upon move-in I was greeted and welcomed by my neighbors - everyone introducing themselves with a warm smile and offering to provide help with my move-in. It felt like when I grew up in a neighborhood, everyone wanting to get to know everyone, something I have not felt in a long time. I am very pleased with my choice and feel I have made the right one!

Apartment living is for some people a lifelong lifestyle choice and, I'm one of those people. I can honestly say of all the apartment communities I've lived at, Outlook Gwinnett is the best. The staff have responded to maintenance requests promptly. The upkeep and appearance of the property is super. I would encourage anyone to check us out.

The residents are so friendly and outgoing but it's also a nice, quiet home at the end of my workday. The overall place is wonderful. I am 58 and sometimes it is as if I am a caregiver. There are more retirees than working seniors. Most activities are during the day. So, us that work cannot participate in anything, but we pay for those things. That is not fair to pay for things that I cannot participate in. I have no choice but to pay for valet trash when I do not need it. The overall living here is wonderful, but it can be better. I truly believe you need to remove the "luxury" from the advertisement. This is a very nice apartment, but it is not luxury.

My experience with connect Outlook community is one of the best outlook team is very friendly helpful we have so many activities to do and I enjoy the greeting meet with friends it’s a beautiful place to live all the different restaurants and have the mall not too far. It’s one of the best things for me the valet trash pick up concierge delivery to the box of your packages is great. I am so comfortable living here. I would pick to live here all over again.
