Located across the Grand River from Downtown Lansing, the Stadium District is perfect for renters seeking an urban living experience where they’ll be within minutes of the heart of the city. This namesake neighborhood is named after Jackson Field, a stadium used for minor league baseball games and festivals. Along with a few bars and restaurants, Lansing Center and museums like Impression 5 Science Center are also located in the Stadium District. The neighborhood mainly features lofts and high-rise apartments, but there are single-family houses and mid-rise complexes available for rent as well.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Outfield Ball Park Lofts
Like the other guy said, looks nice enough. I can second the smell in the summer (he moved out shortly after I moved in). Love dogs and so do they - however I can hear neighbors dogs bark on all sides of me at all times of the day (unless I have my music or tv on full blast). And those dogs can hear each other so you can imagine what happens when one starts. Closet is tiny for one person. Everything is cheap. There’s no auto pay for rent so if it slips your mind one day they hit you with a $100 late fee. $30 a month to park in an open parking lot is absurd - especially with the riff raff that walks through. Staff is friendly and pretty responsive. Appliances suck. Worth it? No. Worth it for Lansing? Eh sure, you’ll at least feel less ripped off than other “nice” places around here.
Looks nice enough. Closet is very small, even for one person. I love the downtown area. No storage for a bike, sports gear, or even off season clothes except under my bed. The lot is open and cars have been vandalized. You pay $25 a month to park, no carport, and stay at risk. Nothing has been done to prevent this from happening. I feel unsafe now going alone to my car at night. The owners are very greedy, taking every opportunity to leech money. Check bounces, $100 fee. A day late, Another $100 fee. In the summer, there was a bad smell in the halls. My understanding is the garbage is stored under the building. The smell travels upward. I asked the management, and she just gave me a "what smell?" response. Another month, my lease is up. I am moving asap.
