I’ve really enjoyed living here! The amenities are great, especially the study room, it’s quiet and perfect for getting work done. The staff is super friendly and always helpful, which makes a big difference. Everything is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is really welcoming. It’s a solid place to live, whether you’re a student or just looking for a comfortable spot with good amenities. Definitely recommend!

I’ve loved my time here at Otto so far. The amenities, maintenance, and the atmosphere of it is just so good! The only thing I would say is if you want to live in a studio and you cook, I wouldn’t recommend it because even though you turn all the fans on, the whole room will be filled with smoke and the smell will last for a few days. My clothes and blankets start to smell and it kind of sucked sleeping with the smell. If you don’t mind the smells then you should do it for sure. Other than that, everything else is awesome!

Otto is the best place to live hands down! all the staff is so helpful, the environment is great, the location in proximity to campus and north-gate is amazing as you're close but not too close, and overall I cant recommend otto enough! Ive already recommended it to so many people I know.

Otto has great amenities. Their pool, gym, sauna, etc. are luxurious and inviting. The apartment location is very close to campus. Not a bad walk at all. Customer service has been helpful and able to answer most of my questions! The layout of the building is super functional and the fixtures inside are timeless and match with everything. I will be living here with four other roomates and the space seems like a perfect fit for us. Cant’t wait to move here in the fall!

With every picture and video posted about these apartments you can see exactly why Otto is amazing. The relaxing pool area, peaceful study rooms, cozy bedrooms, specious common areas, and modern kitchens make everyone so excited to live here. However, the location of Otto is not talked about enough!! Being located right on northgate makes for an easy commute to campus as well as a close proximity to the nightlife, best of both worlds if you ask me. The floor plans are gorgeous and me and my roommates are excited to move in, however once you sign the lease customer service goes down. I had interactions with different employees and some go above and beyond and others are just not helpful. There are a lot of hidden fees and when there is an error the future resident has to be responsible for the mistake. I really hope that the amenities and the apartment are worth it because living here even for a 5x5 is not cheap.
