Property Ratings at Oro Stone Oak
Let’s start here…. After a slew of cars in our complex getting stolen, I had my replacement car get towed from the apartment in front of my garage. After I went in, the manager said she would take care of it and I would be able to get the car out without payment. I show up to the tow lot, nothing was communicated to the towing company. I call the apartments back while being stranded at the tow lot and the manager lied and said “she never said that”. I’ve been trying to break lease but they want an insane amount of money for me too.
RUN from this place!!!!! The people here are so unprofessional we finished are lease and got billed 475.00 which we moved out 6 mths before our lease and still paid our monthly rent because we signed a contract. Once we finished the last payment they hit us with 475.00 I called and spoke to 2 different people and they didn’t care they kept telling me to call another company that billed us. $200 of that is carpet cleaning. This is on top of paying $25.00 fee for my small cooler being on my patio. When we moved in the apartment wasn’t cleaned it looked like someone did a quick clean up so I had to hire someone to clean. The hinges of the cabinets were broken , the sink and tub were clogged, the freezer was over freezing. The fancy nice pool is ALWAYS CLOSED!! This place is horrible!!!! Oh, let’s not forget my car being towed ( got a new car) they didn’t even give me 24hrs to change my new plates. Also, half of the time we had to park way across the apartment complex because there wasn’t enough parking.. seriously don’t waste your time or money on this place the worst customer service, and apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Don’t let the fancy “luxury” property fool you!!! Also, the company they direct me to has no information on my account when I called. They couldn’t even pull me up on the account # they gave me. SMH, Do better ORO Stone Oak do better!!!!
Nice community, very helpful and friendly staff, just wish we had more community events, but overall a wonderful experience living here.

Poor management. Landlord is rude. Oro stone oak doesn’t take into consideration the privacy of its residents. Poor maintenance response time. Only “one” maintenance man and have stated that I did not feel comfortable with him in my apartment. Extremely poor communication from staff to residents. Oro stone oak enters apartment units even when you specifically state that you’d like to be present for all work orders. No inclusion. Fire hazards when it comes to the windows not opening. The pool is wonderful but they do not put wet floor signs up inside of the building as well. Extremely poor response time. Maintenance does not call before entering units even when specifically stated not to do so. No air circulation in the closet. Att is the only internet contract available to residents. “Door to door Att representative ‘Brandon’ is “contracted” by Oro Stone Oak and is actually a third party vendor that does not disclose this upon setting up your internet service.

For the windows, they are up to code and do no present a fire hazard due to both the fire alarms and fire suppression systems present in each home. I have been living at oro stone oak for over a year. Manager Alex is understanding and flexible in assisting with FINANCIAL MATTERS. When submitting MAINTENANCES, the crew is QUICK to show up and very friendly with my DOG. There has been a lot of concern from several other residence about PARKING but in my opinion, though the current arrangement is not ideal I do recognize they are a relatively new apartment complex and doing the most to find the best solution. I have lived in multiple apartments throughout all my 20’s in several other cities, and overall, ORO STONE OAK ranks #1 in living standards.

This a beautiful, clean property that is located in a great area nearby several restaurants, green areas, and offices. The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive. The amenities, including the pool and gym, are in great condition and are not overcrowded. Great place to live so far!
Avoid moving to Oro Stone Oak. While the community is acceptable management cares very little for their residents, trash pick up is irregular and they make up rules without lease authority.

Parking after 8pm will leave you having to park far away from your building. About a 10 min walk, especially if you live near the first set of buildings.
The maintenance request response very bad took more than two days it has changed recently
nice apartments, most of the folks are nice, but gate has been broken for weeks (supposedly waiting for part). The gate has been broken 4 times since I've been there over the last 7 months which is a security risk. Pool currently isn't usable and seriously should be a massive code violation as the water is murkey and gross. For the money, I would tell others to really look around. Nice looking from the outside, apartments are nice, but the rest is not very great.
I enjoy living here, love my unit and the nice and quiet enviroment. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
Maintenance n office staff are courteous and provide excellent service.

AURA staff n maintenance crew are top notch. Experiencing a large complex they got their job done without hesitation. Great complex let's keep it this way.

The Aura at Stone Oak is a wonderful community in a beautiful area of San Antonio. The gym is a great size, the infinity edge pool is beautiful, and I cannot get over the amazing sunset views I see from my wrap around balcony!
Everythings is amazing. Nice area nice apartments and great amenities. Appliances are great. Everythings still in new condition. Marcus made the move very smooth!

These apartments are beautiful, clean and are in a great location. So far, I can only say good things about my experience living here.
Great service from the leasing office and good amenities. The open concept and high ceiling makes a small apartment still feel large.
Staff has been so accommodating! No matter who answers the phone (and thats every single time) at the office, they are all ready and able to assist with any question or concern.
From the moment I called in for some more information on the apartment I knew this was it! I had called various other apartments and the staff wasnt as helpful as Aura!
