Rising out of the prairies and cornfields of the heartland, Omaha serves as a cultural wellspring and economic powerhouse for the region. Downtown has seen a lot of development in recent years, and now serves up a huge selection of trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment, particularly around the Old Market; the Blackstone neighborhood has also emerged as a new hotspot for adventurous restauranteurs and hip nightlife. The robust live music scene in Omaha is one of the city’s worst-kept secrets, with national publications singing the praises of popular venues like the Waiting Room and the annual Maha Music Festival at Stinson Park.
Omaha is serious about college sports – the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers are hometown heroes, and the city is the longtime home to the College World Series every summer.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Orleans Square
they dont care about any of your needs and it smells like dead animals in most apartments. Also it has roaches everywhere and the windows and patio doors are way out dated so your heat and air conditioning cost is going to be outrageous and there is a lot of drugs that go on around that place. it is not a safe place for your children
I’m a young single male who has lived at Orleans Square for 6 months now. Overall I don’t have much to complain about. The lady who lives on site and maintains the property is very friendly and responsive. WiFi and laundry come with rent. If you’re high maintenance I wouldn’t recommend this complex, but if you want a safe place to live that is family and children friendly for cheap rent it’s perfect. The kids are running around playing together when the weather is nice; your children would make friends here. You can earn money off rent by shoveling during winter. Many reviews you’ll find are negative, but people expect too much from apartment living these days. You can make the inside of your apartment home. I give 4 of 5 stars because some neighbors don’t respect the grounds and you deal with some situations you probably wouldn’t at a higher income complex, but with rent this reasonable you can make of it what you want.
