I love it here, from the customer service and communication, to the coffee, to the ponds with surrounding trail and the sound of the fountain flowing into the pool... to the friendly maintenance crew driving around with an always warm greeting. It feels like the staff actually cares. I know it's a little bit of an older complex, so I expect some signs of that, but they have been so quick to fix any issues that we've had. I love that I get to see a lot of neighbors out walking their dogs, and the off leash dog park at the far end of the complex, and the trail behind the complex leading to the park. The value of these homes, the location, and the school zone are all truly unparalleled.

When I first moved in, this community was great—especially with Victoria in the office. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The staff is no longer as friendly or communicative, and management turnover happens far too often. Many gym machines are broken and haven’t been repaired. The whirlpool at the pool hasn’t worked since I moved in. The business center computers and printers are constantly out of order, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable. Parking is a nightmare, especially for guests. The gate is almost always open, and the parcel gate is frequently propped open, making security a major concern. Broken-down cars have been sitting in parking spots for months. Some residents have dogs that violate community policies, including restricted breeds like Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. I originally chose this community because it was gated and felt secure, but that’s no longer the case. I renewed my lease once, but I won’t be doing so again. Rent is too expensive to not enjoy the experience.

nicely layed out and well maintained community, tucked away at a good location between 380 and coit. I little away from the hustle of the city, which was one thing i wanted. Not sure how long it will last though with the cities expanding at the pace it is :)

Review pretty much the same as prior ones. Still like it here. It’s pretty quiet and appearance looks very good. I like that I have a choice to set out trash or in emergencies to use dumpsters provided for larger amounts of trash. The areas around us is growing. We have more stores, shopping areas around us now. The apartment itself is classy looking and I love having the patio.

Good but could be better, Maintenance is good but takes a long time to respond. The rent is also a bit high than what is worth. However the overall location makes it worth it.
Been great so far. Nice and quiet community and no security concerns. Staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive to all requests. Will definitely be renewing next year.

I’m wanting to save for a house, so I had applied to 2 different one bedroom apartments for my daughter & me, thinking we could make it work for a year to reach our bigger goals. I just wasn’t sold, and had some pretty poor communication experiences in the process. Ultimately at the last minute I decided to check the pricing on these and found a 2 bedroom 1 bath with garage for $100 cheaper than the 1 bedrooms we were looking at. I walked in and told Cassie the specific apartment number that I wanted to see and that I was interested in moving in same week. She let me view it with no problem. She was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. She was great at communicating next steps throughout the whole process and she seemed to truly love the place and was very sincere. I’d have to say this has been such a blessing and an easy process after lots of disappointment elsewhere. I am very happy to call it home. If I don’t buy before my lease if up, I will almost definitely renew.

The staff has been very cordial to me, however I have been here a little over 2 years and the turnover has been a lot. This group seems to be as professional as the last ones. The location is great, and I love my neighbors. The actual units could really use an update especially on the condition of the doors and windows, they definitely need to be resealed. The pricing is pretty ridiculous but unfortunately that’s how it is at every complex right now. Management is really great though right now and having a garage is a huge plus.

Surprisingly reasonable rate, doesn't seem there's any sacrifice to amenities or anything. Everything is in good shape and it seems like there's a continuous effort to keep it that way. Apartment shows a little age but I would still say it's in really good shape. My unit has all laminate (I think) floors which I prefer for the durability (they weren't new but only very minor signs of wear), except the stairs are carpet (I think new?) which is great because my girls have heavy feet. Location is excellent for me as well, plus with new stuff opening up around here it's getting better. Staff has been very helpful but also out of the way. Just overall it's what you hope for when getting a place.

So far the office staff has been very pleasant and helpful to talk with. We are still very new but excited to be here. The amenities look amazing and we can't wait to start using them. The grounds seem to be kept very clean and we're excited to have trash collection Monday- Friday if needed

So far so good. I love how quiet my neighbors are. Respectful and friendly. I’m not a fan of having my windows on Coit Rd but I’ve gotten used to it.

Never lived in an apartment but for me this works out well. Set up style makes it so private, It’s called apartment homes for a reason. So far so good.

It was good until the roach infestation began and staff was lackadaisical about the problem until the property manager stepped in. Pest control took entirely too long to come out. The property has gone over the years.

I'm unsure about why, but I know that this community is showing signs of poor property management! Entrance gates to the property were left open, overnight, repeatedly. Daytime forced entries into apartments, and no security to show for it. Litter in the ponds is beyond my comprehension! I went to share my concerns only to be met by a condescending Property Manager. I will not be renewing my lease

We love Texas and there’s nowhere else we’d rather be. The maintenance crew is the best. On a scale of 1-10…definitely off the chart!! Simply the BEST

My time here so far has been nice. Only complaint is the neighbors with dogs not cleaning behind them and the jacuzzi does not work. Otherwise, everything has been nice.
One of the best community. Staff is polite and helpful. Amenties are great. This community has 5 lakes and it is well maintained. Awesome community !!!!!

It is the best apartment. Spacious apartments huge garages, plenty of lighting, and a gorgeus walking or running track with the views of ducks and a lake with fountain in between.

Love the community! Love the gym and pool! Very quiet and has walking trails. Animal friendly. The office staff is always so nice and welcoming!

So far so good! Truly feels like a home. Very private and very clean and well kept. I’m near a children’s play area and children seem to be Supervised most of the time. It is also kept clean. Those with dogs keep them on leashes.
