Overall the unit was not ready for occupants when we moved in. The dishwasher leaked, the oven was damaged, the toilet in one of the restrooms was flooding, the closet rods were detached, the microwave was defective, the threshold was coming up from the floor, the tub and shower areas were unsanitary, etc. Please check units more thoroughly before renting.

Friendly staff. When I have a work order they usually take care the same day. I love the amenities. They are very pet friendly community, surprised they had a wash station for dogs and park. Very friendly neighbors. I was pleased to live in the Orion community.

From the beginning of receiving an introduction of the apartment complex and facilities, we were happy to see the efficiency and presentation of the area. We enjoyed knowing that there was constant upkeep of the grounds and homes. The service of the leasing administrators was nothing less than amazing. This is my girlfriend’s and I’s first apartment and the staff was incredibly helpful with the entire process. Felt almost seamless and there was an open line of communication from when we applied, signed the lease, and moved into our new home. That continues as we are on our 3rd week of living here and we still have no complaints. Great place with great facilities and services. 10/10

I really like Orion Parkview. Beautiful apartments that work well, great community, great neighbors, always felt safe. They have a really responsive matinence team between 2-24 hours. There are a couple of fees at the beginning of the lease process but the amenities are worth it and as long as you pick up your packages on time then you won't get charged.

Property is okay, management is AWFUL
The apartment was okay, nothing too special. But management has been awful at this establishment. They don’t communicate with you and blame you for the things you don’t know. When you sign the lease it says you have to give a 60 day notice but they do nothing to help you remember that 60 day deadline in order to trick you into paying their late fee. They will make you pay the 60 days of rent but make you move out on your original day. This place just wants to take your money and does nothing to help you, especially when they throw out your belongings that you had in the apartment you thought you had for 60 more days.

First day was rough but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Has been a very good and peaceful experience since. Would most definitely recommend friends or family to here. Had a few maintenance issues and was resolved within 24 hours.

It's in a good location. But there are issues. Premises are always unclean. The entire place has a smell - the buildings and the apartments both. The apartments are not in the best condition. Maintenance work has been quite unsatisfactory.

Orion Parkview is just a great place to live. They management is professional and courteous. Maintenance is just great. They work with MY schedule. I never got that treatment ANYWHERE I lived, and I even owned. The rent is reasonable. They are clean, great location, always communicating with me ie, when doing updates to the community, laundry area's on every floor, dog run, swimming pool. Just really a great place to live!

Just LOVE living here. It's been 4 years and I can not see moving! No hassle, you work with me especially with me dog, maintenance is prompt and easy to work with.You are courteous and care about me. I am constantly getting flyers with things going on, or repairs, etc. I NEVER had that level of communication with other complex's, you are covid aware and clean. very important to me. it's a win win situation!

Orion ParkView has been great so far, nice amenities and quite apartments at a fair price. Leasing staff was great and very helpful regarding the fact that my girlfriend and I had just moved out for the first time together and they provided us with everything we needed to know.

The complex and the apartments are warm comfortable and kept I. Working order and the outdoors are always kept well maintained fir the season. I am very please to call it home. I dont plan on moving fir a long while.

Orion Parkview only cares about their money they cut corners with any maintenance request and will find any chance they can to charge you for things you can't even use such as a "parcel room" stay away from this company unless you like moving into a roach and ant motel. As a new parent I can tell you its a living nightmare.

Orion is a great community, love the neighbors, everyone is very nice, love my apartment and the finishes, laundry room is clean and the cleaning service does a good job keeping common areas nice. I don't have a pet but the people who do are great at picking up after theirs. The Maintenace guys are always prompt and courteous. Will be renewing if the price is right.

I have been very pleased with my apartment and the property in general. So many upgrades and new amenities. Management takes great care of the buildings and grounds. I recommend Orión Park View to anyone looking for a new place to call home. I know I am glad I made the choice.

Everything looks great except work out I mean Gym. Pools and grill BBQ are great but grill disconnected earlier. It should be one more hour. The parking lot has lots of potholes that need to be fixed

They don’t have an emergency call ,they don’t have
I can’t believe that the don’t have phone number for emergency.I’m freezing we don’t have Heat in entire Building even my Neighbor are trying to call them no answer it’s 10 degrees outside and I have little kids sleeping in this freezing cold Apartment.
