Orion and the staff have been amazing in my first month here. The only things that could improve are my apartment was not completely clean when I moved in, so I’m not sure if the previous tenant or the apartment check-out process is to blame, and the buildings are rather squished, with no sidewalks to walk to and from the mail room to your apartment, etc.

When calling the office, you never get a live person during business hours. I have left messages and no response. I have emailed the manager and no response. I visit the office and ask the manager about my email and she doesn't recall. She sends me over to another person. Why even have staff if they don't call back or answer the phone.

I recently moved into this community, and I’m already very impressed with what it has to offer. The area is incredibly peaceful and calm, which makes coming home feel like a retreat from the busy outside world. One of the highlights is the excellent amenities — there's a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a community center that brings neighbors together through various activities and events. Parking has been easy and convenient, which is a huge plus. Even though I’m new here, I already feel a strong sense of comfort and security. So far, it’s been a great experience, and I’m glad I chose this place to call home.

Our move-in was great, easy and acceptable. The office people are very helpful getting us online and etc. The one car garage is very spacious, which means a lot. Everything inside was clean and nice and a lot of the kitchen appliances were new.

I love the layout of my new apartment. I absolutely love having a garage. I had a few issues with my move in but maintenance and the front office staff were helpful in getting everything taken care of!

The maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The grounds to the apartments our kept meat and clean. Community breakfasts are enjoyed

Good apartment complex, very quiet and family friendly. The costumer service could be a little bit better, it’s always hard to get in touch with the front office. But the maintenance guys are amazing and very nice.

Great size apartment townhomes. Great location. Near so many restaurants, stores and activities. It is also close to a park. The staff is very nice.

Great community. Responsive staff. Noise is pretty low. The amenities could be updated but overall good. Location is suitable with nearby grocery stores and entertainment.
