Property Ratings at Oriole Landing
As soon as I toured Oriole Landing, even though it was still being built (!), I knew this is where I wanted to live. It turned out to be a beautiful place with a true home-feel. The apartments are sunny and comfortable, with high ceilings yet cozy insulation, and aesthetically pleasing high efficiency appliances. The clubhouse is a lovely space, where my dog can get a dog biscuit and I can grab a cup of coffee. The staff is responsive and accomodating. Looking forward to the time post-quarantine when a friendly "Hi" can turn into more of a conversation!
From the first day I moved into Oriole Landing it felt like home! The concept of community style living & the beautiful green spaces are wonderful.This past summer I had the chance to grow vegetables in my own garden bed which was so relaxing & with the winter storms, the snow removal has been timely & thorough. The leasing office manager & maintenance staff are so nice & always helpful. Looking forward to some community events once we are able to get together again safely. Location is so convenient. Less than 5 miles to Rt 128.
I have been a resident at Oriole Landing since July and absolutely love this community. The apartments are very thoughtfully designed maximizing sun exposure and space. Everything from the wall paint colors, flooring, cabinets and hardware finishes is very tasteful, modern, and neutral enough that you can decorate to your own tastes and make it a home. The appliances and finishes are high end and energy efficient making it also an attractive point since utilities costs are very low. Management and maintenance are fantastic! Always friendly, courteous and very responsive. I will add that as a community I am very fortunate to have wonderful, friendly, and respectful neighbors. It is truly a rare find and I am so happy to call it my home!!
Oriole Landing has been well designed for modern living but has a good feel being out in the country, but close to everything. The on site Management and Maintenance associates are very responsive and knowledgeable so always available to help. We were fortunate to find Oriole Landing when we moved to MA last fall.
Brand new, peaceful and beautiful. I love that the building is LEED certified as it makes for a very comfortable and healthy living environment. The fixtures and finishes are beautiful and the setting is serene with so many beautiful plantings. Management has been very helpful and responsive and in general this has been a great place to downsize to.
This property has been beautifully curated to fit into rural New England, but still has all the benefits of a newly built community. It was thoughtfully crafted with a focus on eco-friendly, sustainable living. It has a friendly, community-based feeling to it. (I'm looking forward to community get-togethers once we can do those things again!) The management has been inviting and very supportive as I've been getting settled.
