The rent is $1000.00 and these apartments have not been updated since 1995 they have pink and blue countertops, the cabinets are extremely old. the appliances have not been updated the stove, fridge, and dishwasher are old as dirt and all of the amenities you do not have access to because they close when the office closes there is no playground for the children to play on at all. but they want to raise the rent. They want to pave the parking lot but not install a playground
I moved in a few months ago the Manager & the Handyman are both great! I'm close to everything, I Love my apartment
