Located about 100 miles north of Seattle, Happy Valley is one of Bellingham’s most wooded neighborhoods. Property Ratings at Orchard Meadows
Arrived for our showing yesterday - the apartments was completely different than advertised. Fully carpeted, covered in stains, cabinets were held up with the cheapest plywood possibly. We were only in there for 20 seconds because it was so foul.
