Orchard Apartments

I love living at orchard apartments they’re peaceful quiet I like the area I love the management and I love my apartment. Management is always willing to help and it’s just a lovely place to live.

Not bad, close to everything store wise an walking distance. The apt itself very nice well maintained!

Everyone here is very nice and quiet. Love that it’s pet friendly!

I have been here for 3 years and can’t complain about anything. They take care of anything that happens with maintenance and Christina is AMAZING!

Good area with good schools. Most of the people are very friendly and it's usually very quiet!

The area is nice the schooling is nice and I like the apartment inside and out they are pet friendly but I don't have a little guy of my own sadly. I would highly recommend these apartments

All the people in my apartment complex is very kind. There's no negative vibes, and walking my dog in the area he gets alot of compliments

Very friendly and I’m a people person so I love it. The inside and out of the apartments are extremely beautiful and area is a great area and also pet friendly with a nice park right down the road. Maintenance is also very helpful

Being in these apartments is very relaxing cause I can go on the balcony and sit in my chair and get fresh air, while looking at different animals.

People are nice. And there is no criminal activity, the whole apartment complex is peaceful, comfortable and pet friendly. Management is also very helpful.

My apartment is so awesome! This is a great place to live . Christina helped me find my place . And maintenance is there when I need it .

This property is ok. Has had its issues, almost of Maintenance requests get canceled. They always tell you they want the place clean and nice, and it somewhat is but there are some thing lacking in their judgment of what should be and shouldn't be. Been here for a little over a year, and can't say it is the greatest for the price. Bedrooms are small and will not accommodate standard queen bed and bedroom furniture. Had to use 2nd bedroom for dressers. Property Managers are not responsive at all. Send email inquiries or questions and they might get answered. On site Property Management is rarely at the office and office is closed 75% of the time. They resealed the parking lot this year, however the sealing company didn't comeback and move all their cones and tape offline, so the residents had to do it theirselves. Back doors of lower level apartments tend to flood a lot and nothing is being done to resolve the issue. Had a lot of turnover in Maintenance Personnel. I haven't had a lot of issues with my unit, but have talked to other tenants that have and have heard nothing but negative views of the Maintenance. I have fixed several things myself in the unit, due to knowledge in apt maintenance and my job. Just didn't feel like contacting them over the past response I get to maintenance requests.

I'm am excited about the new changes and management that we now have. Jermeria has been extremely helpful in helping me with making online payments and now when my lease is up I'm going to renew and move to a renovated apartment.

I love my new apartment and the area is a great family place can’t wait for our long walks this fall

Me and my 1 year old have been here for a little over a year almost to management is terrible!!! They’ll play buddy buddy in your face and tell you they’ll get things done and never do not to mention me paying rent and showing them proof I paid I still get locked out the system unable to pay my rent they say they’ll fix it and never will then will tape a notice to leave premises paper on your door lol
