The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Orangewood Garden Apartments
My parents have rented in these apartments since 1999 and they were better back then. NOW If you are looking for a place where you and your family can feel safe and a place where management is helpful, this is NOT the place for you. Management here is constantly changing (except ARLENE talk to her if you can) one manager will promise and document to do amazing things to your apartment and next thing you know management changes, they have no idea what you are talking about and will not help. When they finally do decide to come fix something do not expect to know when they are coming, from the point you put a work order in plan to stay at home. They will just show up at your door unannounced stating they are there to fix what you asked, god forbid you aren't home or not available because then you are screwed and have to wait another few months to get something done, and go through the same process of not knowing when they are coming AGAIN!!!! They do not care about there tenants, they do not care about having apartments that are beautiful and something you would be proud to bring family and friends over. All they care about is MONEY!!! If your stove looks like garbage but still works they wont change, if cabinets are all chipped but the door will open they will just throw some paint on it and say good as new. OH but they are very strict on what THEY need and want from you. For the amount of money i am paying here i do not believe it is worth all the hassle. Apartment floor plan is nice but that is all. People here sublease like crazy, i mean its like 4 families per a one bedroom apt, it would be all fine but here they charge you water for how many people are on the lease and water meter is set per a row of apt, so the water bill is divided by 4 apt depending how many people each have on lease. So although they are the once using most of water you are stuck paying for it on your bill. They have cameras on premises but are useless. I got something stolen from my garage and im right next to a camera, police report got take and took that to them and they give you a hard time about helping you. I mean then what is the point of the cameras? Just over all AVOID at all cost. They will NOT exceed your expectations as falsy claimed on their pinnacle slogan. If management were to get there stuff together and really make these apartments about making recidents happy and not just filling their pockets these would be great apartments. Until then RUN!!!!
