It is good to see the apartment building be maintained by carpet cleaning, garage cleaning, etc. Everything looks well maintained. Even work orders are promptly addressed. The only thing I don't like is the fact there will be assigned parking and font-in parking only. I think there is always ample parking available on each floor, no matter the time of the day, and I prefer to park rare-in for safety and convenience.

Dariel, the leasing agent, is amazing and has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and so spacious, with stunning views from the balcony. The amenities are fantastic, and everything about this apartment makes it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Everyone is super friendly! Moving in went very smooth. I feel super safe as well. The amenities are super clean and updated. In the unit itself, the ceilings are super tall and the natural lighting is gorgeous.

Move in was a little tricky because my fab didn’t work to access the garage or entrances, but I’m still excited to see what the community is like.
Was a great community to live in. I enjoyed the events management hosted and the location downtown is great. I also liked amenities but they could use a little upgrade.
The experience was good, but the elevator by my apartment was broke and we had to park outside on the street in the heat and carry all the furniture from the furthest elevator to the apartment, which was a total of three corridors…

Average apartment. Always has issues with elevator, fire alarm going off, cats being in the garage, people pets using the restroom in stairwells.

I love living at Ora Flagler Village. The location is perfect. I can walk almost everywhere that I want to go. I enjoy the community events that management puts on for us and the people that live here are very nice.

I love the apartment aside from the necessity of some deep cleaning and am currently awaiting how maintenance resolves this as that will impact my impression of the management. I did not appreciate how the assistant manager implied that I missed something when the leasing office made a mistake and did not send me important documentation leading to an inconvenience and delay on my move-in process. Nick helped in following up and apologizing, but that incident did not inspire confidence. Nonetheless, I love this building, the high-ceilings, and chic, professional friendly environment.

To begin with, Ora Flagler Village has been home for us for 2.5 years and what can I say except how grateful I am to this complex and people who work in here. Our experience has been amazing throughout those years. Of course, as every other place you live in there’s misunderstandings with neighbors, leasing office etc. But, to be fair, there’s never been a problem that couldn’t be solved by Erika or Brenda. These wonderful ladies been here for us every step of the journey. They’re very helpful, honest, caring. Always finding a way to help others out, quick to respond for a trouble that you mentioned to them and never let down. It’s a great place to be at, where everything is close to your house, where it’s safe for living, cool amenities and fun people who live and run in this place. If you’re willing to live in Fort Lauderdale and experience an amazing community as we did - Ora Flagler is a place to be in. Office management is rude in all interactions I’ve had with them (multiple throughout my lease with them) Apartments are overpriced for what you get, look elsewhere for the price

Everyone from staff to residents are friendly and welcoming. Neighborhood is walkable and safe. Apartment complex is clean. Amenities are nice.

We just moved in yesterday. It’s a beautiful apartment with nice amenities but we haven’t seen anyone using them yet. Also, we were disappointed that there’s no yoga classes in tbe yoga room (only videos you can use). We’re hoping that there will be some classes and also some community events so we can meet other people in the building.

I really enjoyed living here. The events are fun and the pool is an oasis and the light colored apartments remind me of the sand. I really loved living here. Only recommendation is fixing the gym equipment.

Apartment is nice. Gym is allegedly getting a much needed update. Pool is nice. Everything is clean. Leasing office staff as well as maintenance crew are helpful.

Ora is a great community to live in. Clean, modern amenities, community activities every month, great location, and very responsive maintenance. The one negative is that service in our building is terrible no matter the carrier. If they can figure out a way to get a signal booster for the building that would bump it to a 5 star experience.

So far just moved in - so far mostly positive experiences. Maintenance has been great. The biggest difficulty has been not knowing beforehand that my side of the building doesn't get good cell phone service (dead zone). Sounds like my neighbors are the same. Brought it up the to the front desk who acted like they maybbbbe heard that from residences before so kind of confused either how they would be either unaware or not better at confronting the inquiry?

My husband and I have been living here since 2019 and love the apartments location, how dog friendly the building is and how quickly the maintenance team completes all of our requests. Ora is right near all Flagler Village restaurants, bars, parks! Great spot to live!

I have had such a wonderful and helpful experience from all the staff at Ora. They were very responsive and fixed any issues immediately. My emails and phone calls were all answered.
I really enjoy living at Ora. The maintenance is the best and the apartments are nice and very updated. The community is quiet and close to everything.
The Ora location is great. It is within proximity to Las Olas and Holiday Park. Also, grocery stores are within 10 minute's drive. The management and maintenance staff are helping. Quick response time for the maintenance requests.
My experience at ORA Flagler has been nothing short of fantastic. I enjoy my day to day life living in my 1 bedroom apartment with a great view of the pool that I enjoy weekly!
The hospitality at Ora during move-in was second to none. Incredible! Now, everything is going smoothly. The apartment is clean, the amentities are great, and I feel seen and valued here.
