Welcome to the largest and most unique loft style apartments in Warrensburg. They are perfectly located in the Downtown Business District along with being within 3 blocks of the University of Central Missouri campus. Private, off street parking -High ceilings -Stainless Steel appliances, including a dishwasher -Hardwood floors -Newer windows -Full sized washer and dryer -Pet friendly Tours available upon request. There are a variety of units available with typically two different months of the year they become available for rent with 1 year leases. You can choose either June 1 or August 1 and both will be 12 month leases. We have a choice of 2,3, or 4 bedroom lofts with the 3 and 4 bedroom units having 2 bathrooms each. All units have 12 foot ceilings, hardwood floors and lots of modern industrial style brick walls. They all have stainless appliances and each comes with washer/dryer. The following are the monthly rent fees: 2 bedroom units-$1,200, 3 bedroom units-$1,495- 4 bedroom units- $1,780. Please feel free to fill out an application and set up a walk-thru. There are not many units available and always fill up quickly.
