Property Ratings at Opal Legacy Central
Everything has been smooth so far. Can’t complain. Amenities are amazing and my new apartment had very little flaws. My biggest thing is bugs, and opal does a good job with the pest control and I haven’t seen any roaches or any bugs anywhere so far. Trash room smells terrible but that’s the case with every building. Thank you opal for making my first apartment one I’ll never forget.
Update - Renters Beware - high crime, break ins, negligent management I have lived here since Oct. 2021. It was great at first but steep decline after new management company took over. Gated garage under maintenance a lot of the time so gate is often open. Multiple car break ins and mine was one of them. Management apologized but didn’t do anything about it. Broken locks on doors all the time.

Thank you so much for your feedback. It’s very important to us to address the concerns of our residents promptly, and we take great pride in providing a great place to live.
Have complained several times of the EV charger situation (no action, just we're working on it, or we're issuing warnings). Have complained about pest control, had to solve myself. Fridge filter needed replacement, they said it's fine. We use it daily but no longer will. Garage door is open and had a vehicle break in, but they won't close the doors so only permitted vehicles can enter. Elevators are broken or dirty, great for a new building.
Alexan LC is the best! I am a new resident and I am loving every moment. The leasing staff has been so helpful since Day 1, especially Aidan. I am so glad I chose Alexan LC to be my new home!
