I've experienced nothing but amazing service from Onyx Winter Park, especially from Nicole! From the moment I walk in to even after I leave, everyone is so attentive and give great customer service. The community is super cute and very peaceful.

Love this community! You get a real sense of home and community here at Onyx. Also, the staff really make you want to stay with their attentiveness, friendliness, and top notch customer service, especially Nicole.

Great apartments I lived here for a couple of months , wifi nice and fast, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Leasing office is very nice.

We were excited to move in yesterday but the cigarette smoke issue I asked them to fix a few days before was still massively lingering in the air. I had an asthma attack and couldn’t even help my friends move stuff into the apartment. Only a few days before that were we even able to see the apartment, even though people were moved out the first week of July. I get having to clean the place but we went back 4 separate times to see what our place would look like, because they kept saying the cleaners are coming. Not to mention that they rushed us to get out before the rain, which seems understandable, but it was really to avoid seeing that the porch goes half underwater within 5 minutes of it raining. The only temperature is felt cool in there was 71, which they kept it at upon moving us in, and I put it to 74 (that’s the temp I put it at everywhere I move to say money) and everyone was sweating in there… needless to say, we packed up our stuff and returned our keys. It’s really sad because we were so excited but if the place looked even a little like the newly renovated front office or model apartment does, we would’ve stayed. That lingering smoke smell and the fact that the front office lady looked me straight in the eyes and said none of our team could smell anything was gross. All my friends could smell how bad it was. Anyways, it was a nice community at face value, gym was beautiful, so if you decide to live here just make sure you tour the place you’re going to live at before signing anything..

Yesenia is an awesome leasing agent. Very respectful and enthusiastic. The overall presentation of the leasing office is fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

Every time i have a service request the maintenance supervisor goes aboye and beyond to ensure my request are completed in a timely matter, he even calls ro follow up n ensure the work is completed to my standards

My sister and I have been living at Onyx for the past 2 years and have nothing but great experiences here. I feel very safe and comfortable here and the maintenance is always super prompt and helpful. Overall, an excellent place to call home.

Modern style apartment homes located right in the heart of Casselberry. Apartment living with all the best amenities including a 2- room fitness center, pool, BBQ area, indoor and outdoor event space, and dog wash area. The grounds are clean and surrounded by a fishable lake and small ponds. The apartments are super spacious and include up-to-date appliances accompanied by modern finish throughout the home. Keyless entry, internet and cable technology package, valet trash pickup, and package lockers are a real bonus. The office staff are extremely helpful and treat you like family. The maintenance team is quick and efficient with repairs and work super hard to maintain the property.

The apts are super modern and have a private patio where my husband I love to drink our morning coffees. The neighbors are friendly, and the people are the office are always helpful. They host events for residents and go out of their way to resolve my issues quick!

I was so excited to start living here at the beginning of my lease. Starting with the positives, the staff is extremely nice. I was content with the move-in process and how smooth everything was. Maintenance and pest control were my best friends, for reasons mentioned below, and they are always on top of service requests. However, as soon as I moved in, there were a number of problems. There was water damage that lead to cracks in the wall and ceiling that took months to fix. There are numerous bugs everywhere throughout the apartment even after pest control comes. There are also NOISY neighbors late at night who slam doors and scream at each other. I have sent in multiple noise complaints and nothing has been done. I can also smell the stench of marijuana from inside my apartment while they are on the balcony. I read another review stating that other occupants do not care about the community, and I believe that. Parking has been an issue for me as well. I sometimes have to park my vehicle farther away and walk - not to mention, the parking lot is not very well lit, only in a few areas. Porch pirating is also an issue here, but there are Amazon package lockers (which you have to pay for, even if you don't use them) and a P.O. box to which you can send your packages and mail, so this may not be an issue for other people. Once again, I can't reiterate how excited I was to live here, but I am now counting down the days until my lease is up. My best advice is to tour before you sign and ask lots of questions and things you would normally expect from an apartment complex. Don't give in when the employees say this complex is unlike any other. Ask them why and pay particular attention to the reviews on here - I have found them all to be true so far.

Super helpful staff. Maintenance is quick and the apartment is comfy.

No security, gates never closed now like they were before. Unnecessary add Ons, ie locker fee when packages are delivered to my door, valet trash that times don't pick it up and then takes Holidays off yet we still pay for it in full. Due to gates never being closed we get cars driving through, parking in our lot waiting for the school bus, people walking through with carts and going through the trash Pay for a special parking spot yet the people on each side park for free. People throw trash every where.

My apartment is comfy, love my screened porch- I didn’t have that before, game changer. Staff in office and maintenance are both great.

I rented online thinking the property online looked nice, when I came in person, I found trash spilled on the floor from the big trash container, went into one of the buildings and the tenant was smoking outside with cigarette buds all over the floor and trash. The outside of the units overall reeked of garbage and cigarette smoke.

My daughter and I moved to Florida for her to go to college, management changed and it’s been the worst experience of my life. About the time our lease was up and we renewed it went up $200. I accepted because of course my daughter’s in school for another 7 months. We get this renewal and it’s gone up another $300. That’s $500 in less than a year.

They don't return phone calls to current residents. They are remodeling apartments while people work from home. They are generally unreliable, leaving people without reliable hotwater for weeks.

For the money, this apartment complex is ok at best. The apartment complex does have a rodent problem (as most do), which finally got addressed after a poor survey. There are no visible signs that active rodent control is employed. They force trash valet service on the renters even though I don't use the service. Though I understand why they do this; to prevent lazy, irresponsible people from piling trash outside their doors. The dog park was not well maintained; I stopped taking my dog there. The walkways could use a power wash; it gets pretty slick when it rains with algae build-up. The end of the walkway for four renters at one apartment building retains water in the form of a puddle mixed with sand pretty much every day. The only silver lining is they allow Pitties.

Miss Leanette not ONLY took the time to console my worries of self-conscious seizure disorder linked to a credit collection: but she also maintained a humble, energetic, and extroverted demeanor that won me over. Not to mention being WOWd by the GROUNDs, apartment Unit 203, and view, pool, jacuzzi (spelling?), and authentic wildlife. Keep up the excellence, Radius :)!

This place has many ways to nickel and dime you. First off, there's valet trash service, that is absolutely unnecessary but the FORCE you to pay for. Secondly, many of their apartments do not have laundry connections so you have to either use their laundry service (which they outsourced as well to drive up the cost) or go to a nearby laundromat. This place also has a very horrible community. There are numerous noise complaints for starters; nobody seems to care about the community. The office has put a lot of rules in place that they will levy a heavy fine on you for breaking, but either people don't care or they very selectively enforce them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The apartments are comfortable & very much worth your dollars. The maintenance are wonderful! Apartment.com made it easier to find my apartment especially that I moved from state to state.

This complex is ok at best. In comparison to other places in this area they are much cheaper so they stay completely full however the apartments leave a bit to be desired.

I have lived at Reflections Apartments for over a year. It is an okay community. The apartments are a decent size and maintenance is really nice and very responsive. The pool is sometimes not very well kept up however and many times at night cars drive around very fast. There is also a lot of noise around the community due to a high number of college students. There is also a bug problem that no amount of spraying by management seems to resolve.
