My move in experience wasn't the best. The person in the main office was just "filling in" and had no idea I was evening moving in. She did not know where to find my keys, and I never received a tour of the complex. At least she was friendly and eventually found my keys. This was not the best first impression though. Since then, my impression of this property has improved. Some things still need work. I still see a decent amount of litter in certain areas of the grounds. Also, the management team needs to let the workers coming in to do renovations know where they can and cannot park. They keep parking in my spot! Why won't they simply park in one of the spots that doesn't have a number on it (for visitors)? One good thing I will say is the maintenance team here seems very good and they have addressed all of my maintenance requests in a VERY timely manner. Lastly, the rent prices are a bit on the high side I think. I believe the monthly rent should be at least $100 less than what it is.

I have Been here for 2 years and the company who ran it before knew it was important to provide affordable rates so people could afford a place to call home so if they keep that as a goal for the next coming years then yes I would recommend it they only raised my rent 20.00 and I'm hoping it stays that way .

The floor plan is huge compared to other complexes around the neighborhood. The amenities are outstanding! There is a seasonal pool, attached private storage for each unit, garages are available, 2 baths, full sized washer/dryer included. Right now they are paying water/sewer/garbage. Double check with the office to see if they still do. The community is really nice and the office staff is super friendly!

These apartments are very nice, spacious love the layout. Very clean and quiet. Staff is wonderful, helpful and always ready to help.
