I have been living here for just over a year. The building has non-stop issues, and management takes a long time to fix them. Just to name a few of the experiences we've had here: the service elevator was out of order for multiple weeks, pipes have burst in the clubhouse, a horrible smell in the lobby without resolution, the pool is under constant maintenance, and the building was without warm water for a day. I can't recommend enough to look elsewhere to rent. I don't know if it's being badly maintained or if the building was built poorly, but expect a ton of inconvenience if you rent here. For luxury prices, I would expect much better.
