The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at One Santa Fe
For starters this whole profile is lying to you. There are NO amenities, and they will tell you that these will be ready in a couple of months but they have been in construction since 2018. Elevators stop working every couple of months, same with the parking gates so anyone can walk in, we've had break-ins on cars. Any package you receive will be left in the mail room where anyone can steal it, including meal prep boxes were the food can go rotten. Fire alarms don’t work and go off at 2am. Fob system fails to work so anyone can enter the buildings. Management is irresponsible and unresponsive, uncaring and unwilling to work on behalf of the tenants.
The worst of the worst. I lived here for 4 years and would not recommend this property to anyone. I loved my apartment, but management made it unbearable to live there. Fire alarms would go off all times of the day and night. Management has zero compassion about residents.
Worst place I’ve ever lived. The other reviews were written three years ago...there has been a BIG change and decline in customer service and conditions since beekshire communities bought and took over this building in 2018. As of late, the elevator has been broken for three weeks. Management staff is impossible to communicate with. At one santa fe, THE TENANT is the last on the totem pole and always wrong. Stay away.
I have called One Santa Fe 3 separate times throughout the month for a tour because we were very interested in moving in and they keep saying they will call me back and still have not heard from them. Very unprofessional.
The location is great. The amenities are great; love the mailing system. Maintenance is great and the staff is receptive to our needs. Most of the current neighbors are friendly, which is better than the other apartments in LA. The only thing I do not like is that you only get one parking space. Overall, I have to give AVA Little Tokyo five stars!
It has been a wonderful experience from the first moment my boyfriend and I stepped into the leasing office One Santa Fe. The office staff, including maintenance, have been nothing but gracious, professional, quick to respond, and even make us laugh. We love the open hallways, which allows the flow of fresh air into the community. The double gates requiring your personal key scanner is a plus, making leaving our cars in the garage feel more secure. The restaurants (ediBOL, Cafe Gratitude)that have opened under living spaces have been delicious with great service. We are looking forward to the organic market "GROW" to open and all the other businesses anticipated to become available. The community is a walk away from many different events, attractions, public transit, and venues. We never have to drive on the weekends because we can just walk to many places such as Little Tokyo, Pie Hole, or a Metro train ride away to downtown LA, Korean Town, China Town, and Hollywood. We have lived in many different cities and communities but One Santa Fe by far has the nicest neighbors. Everyone says hello, thank you, you're welcome. We actually have conversations with our neighbors! People hold the doors and elevators for each other, and the dogs are friendly with together. We highly recommend One Santa Fe as your next living community. You are not just another tenant here. You are an actual community!
I'm an ex-NY'er who has lived in many areas of Los Angeles for over 15 years. Nothing compares to what is now happening in the Arts District of "DTLA", Downtown LA. This complex was designed by world-renowned architect Michael Maltzan packed with amazing amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, gym with FREE yoga classes, outdoor movie theatre and FREE bike rentals. All of which sits on top of a fine selection of boutiques and restaurants and located in an area walkable to downtown. So convenient! Did I mention the 'Valet Trash Pickup'? I LOVE it here!
