Jordan Young and Corrie Rea really went the extra mile to work with me, and living here has exceeded expectations. I strongly recommend One Riverwalk to anyone looking to move downtown!

One Riverwalk is a wonderful place to live. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and professional; the apartments are beautiful; the amenities are fantastic; and the location within walking distance of downtown and UT is ideal. I can't imagine a better place to live in central Knoxville.

I love my apartment and the experience living at One Riverwalk. There are some younger residents who cause general day to day grounds issues, but generally I love living here and the onsite management is consistently great. So friendly and helpful, better than any property management I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

You want to love where you live. Well, that is easily accomplished at One Riverwalk. It's not an apartment--it's a home. I'll let the website describe the amenities, but what I love about One Riverwalk is the fit in the community. It's a part of downtown and all that is available there. That said, I offer the word 'value' as well since living downtown is oftentimes more expensive. However, when you consider the amenities inside and outside the One Riverwalk community, I feel like we get a good value for the rent we pay. Just re-signed our 18-month contract with joy in our hearts. Oops, almost forgot to mention the staff which is outstanding. It doesn't matter who you work with, you get the same friendly, professional service you would expect from a high-end property.

RW is my second apartment experience so I'm not a good judge but Riverwalk exceeds my idea of apartment living.

Its an overall a great place to live. Location could not have been better and staff is always on point with their service and courtesy. Building and facilities are well maintained and designed. Overall, a great choice.

I am so grateful I was able to get an apartment at One Riverwalk! Moving from another state was an overwhelming experience, but Corrie was SO helpful and made the process easier. The amenities are fabulous and the location in proximity to UT was exactly what I needed.

An overly expensive housing complex that is over-run by non-residents on warm days to take over the pool and other amenities with the blessing of the staff.

Recently moved to Knoxville and have nothing but good things to say about this community. I love it here. It provides gorgeous views, a clean environment, and awesome amenities!The staff is very welcoming and nice! I am very glad I chose to live at One Riverwalk. It is a bit pricey but worth it! Also it's very quiet here not what I was expecting but that's a plus too!

One Riverwalk is not just an apartment community, it is an amazing home and neighborhood! From the team in the leasing office to maintenance, everyone goes above and beyond to keep our home amazing! Even if it weren't for the great location on the River and Downtown Knoxville, I would still want to keep calling this community home. I just renewed my lease and plan to live at One Riverwalk as long as possible!

Ive lived at OneRiverWalk Apts for almost 1 1/2 years now and my experience in all aspects have been very enjoyable! All the front office personnel have been very supportive and attentive with all my concerns. This attitude extends to all the added workers in maintenance and general upkeep of the building.

One Riverwalk checks so many boxes when looking for apartments in the Knoxville area. It is a great location, with access to downtown and South Knox. It is modern and has great amenities and security features. The staff is also amazing and so helpful. They made my move so smooth and have continued to be helpful almost two years after moving in. The community is very nice and the views are beautiful.

One Riverwalk is a great place, not just the view and amenities, but also the people in the leasing office and the maintenance staff!

Spacious, clean and safe apartment complex. Lots of amenities which are very well maintained for COVID standards, the gym has excellent workout equipment and space (we especially love the weekly yoga classes). The maintenance crew is wonderful, prompt, and respectful. The leasing office is prompt in responding to concerns or questions and are very helpful and courteous. Any and all of our issues are addressed quickly. The landscaping around the property is beautiful, our two dogs love all of the grassy areas and we feel safe letting them play with other dogs knowing they are vaccinated and well taken care of by their owners with no behavioral issues! Every other resident we have met has been extremely kind and respectful, even offering to dog sit whenever we need! Trash pickup is great - keeps everything clean, smelling fresh, and keeps the pests at bay. We really love it here!!!!

We have lived in a lot of communities in the past ten years. We have never lived somewhere as amazing as One Riverwalk. The office staff is fun and amazing! The property manager sets the tone for the community as welcoming and actually cares about her residents. Trys to work with them the best she can to help them out. Corrie and Jordy are awesome and so much fun! The best part is how awesome maintenance is! You literally dont have to worry about any of them entering your home to take care of a issue. They are wonderful and work hard to resolve the problem. We are grateful!

I love it here, it is a home and resort all in one.

The apartment is very modern and state of art appliances. The layout is also very modern. The best is its right next to downtown knoxville and the riverside location and view is very scenic.

The age range of other residents is unique but very appealing Not like other places. I am a young senior citizen and enjoy having college age folks and the ages in between, as neighbors.Makes for a vibrant and interesting community. And the view! Henley Street Bridge lit up at night, the city scape, the river! I saw folks kayaking on the river this morning! And the amenities are great - esp. trash pick-up at apartment door, as well as the appliances, swimming pool, mail room, etc. Staff's responses to my concerns/needs have been quick and professional. I can't enough good things about One Riverwalk.
