One Riverside is a very nice and well kept property. The staff do an amazing job at keeping the community clean and taking care of theirs residence in a respectful and timely manner. They do a wonderful job at bringing the residence together to meet and interact with each other with monthly events and games. I would 100% recommend One Northshore to someone looking for a community they can consider a home.

One Riverside looks nice on the outside but the management and maintenance team or absolutely terrible. They are unresponsive. They let issues in tenants apartments become bigger issues bc they don’t want to spend the money to fix underlying issues. Their maintenance team is understaffed. It takes days for simple issues to get fixed. The hallway stairs are disgusting. The dumpsters in the parking lot are constantly over flowing. The grills are in terrible condition. The fireplace at the pool area doesn’t work. This has been a terrible living experience. I would not recommend moving into this place. You will spend more money to live here than the living space is worth.

Love the layout of the apartments, particularly ground units with extended patios and french doors. Proximity to downtown and Riverwalk are added pluses, particularly with a gated entrance. Appreciate ongoing resident activities, as well as valet garbage service, kitchen layout and appliances, high ceilings, large windows.

In general, I like the one Riverside as an apartment with everything it has to offer. However, since I had a big water leak in my apartment with a lot of mold, I did not get support from the management or maintenance for months. Which means I am still stuck with an unfinished bathroom. While paying the full rent for all those months.

Lovely, upscale, quiet, and diverse community just across the street from the Riverwalk. The location is very convenient in terms of commuting and getting to & fro all of Chattanooga too. Great fit for those with an active lifestyle who need a calm, quiet place to call home :)

Get top floor or you'll be sorry. You can absolutely hear every step your neighbor takes. The apartment itself is very nice (decor, fixtures, etc...), but if I knew what I know now before lease. I would definitely get top floor. Neighbors to the side so far no complaints. Only once I had a neighbor bang on the wall, maybe my music was to loud on a Sunday morning. I really didn't think so, but I'm not them on the other side. You can also hear noise in the halls (doors slamming, people talking, dogs barking). That's another thing (ANIMALS) most residents are considerate, but there are some that have no respect (allowing their pets to bark continuously, not picking up after their business, running around unleashed). Would I lease again? Maybe, but I'm activity looking for another place to live. This is just my opinion. Someone who has lived in house most of my life. Access to the riverfront and city is excellent.

One Riverside is a ideal place to live with beautiful common areas, grounds, and apartments. Its like living a hotel but you still have your privacy and feeling of security. Its very convenient to downtown, the North Shore, and North Chattanooga. The rates are reasonable.

One Riverside is a new little gem in the Chattanooga community. It is close to the city, yet slightly tucked away near the Riverpark to give it a feel of an oasis to me. I immediately noticed the thoughtful design and high standard of construction with things like the high ceilings, taxi tile back-splash in the kitchen, a transom on the French doors going to the porch, and a wonderfully large bathtub in the bathroom. The management was professional, helpful, and very accommodating to my needs and the maintenance staff is responsive and highly competent. I am so pleased to have chosen this complex from the others.
