The building is cheaply made - you can hear every footstep above you and the soft metal fixtures and portable panels are poorly affixed to the walls and cabinetry. Most concerning is that OnePaseo/Greystar does too little to address unacceptable tenant behavior. If another incident occurs I am prepared to enlist legal help pursuant to CA tenant laws.

As former resident of One Paseo Living, we feel compelled to share our overwhelmingly negative experience with this complex. From the moment we moved in, it was clear that this was not the upscale living environment it claimed to be. Let's start with the building itself. The so-called "luxury" apartments were anything but. The walls were paper-thin, providing zero insulation from the constant noise of neighbors. Whether it was blaring music, yelling matches, or the endless barking of poorly trained dogs, peace and quiet were nonexistent. Sleep became a luxury we could only dream of. The quality of construction was abysmal. Plumbing issues were a constant headache, with leaks and clogs plaguing the building. Maintenance requests were met with delays and half-hearted attempts at quick fixes that never lasted. But perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the staff. Incompetence seemed to be the defining trait of management. Communication was virtually nonexistent, with emails and phone calls routinely ignored. When confronted with concerns, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism. The leasing office was a revolving door of clueless employees who seemed more interested in collecting rent than addressing the needs of residents. Requests for assistance were met with eye rolls and sighs, as if inconveniencing them was some unforgivable sin. It was abundantly clear that resident satisfaction was not a priority. Rent prices continued to skyrocket with each passing year, far outpacing any improvements or amenities offered. It became increasingly evident that One Paseo Living cared more about lining their pockets than providing a livable environment for their tenants. In conclusion, we would strongly advise against anyone considering One Paseo Living as their next home. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for a place to live. You'll thank yourself in the long run.

Poor quality and Poor staff. The apartments are not well made and you can find issues all over the place and they will charge you for those when you move out. The front office staff are very rude and do never respond to emails or requests. Not worth the hassle to live here

One Paseo is a beautiful, large and wonderful community to live in with great facilities, management, maintenance, security, etc. and anything you can ask for. It is located in a very central with walking distance access to its own high-end shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Del Mar Highlands Town Center where you have access to all kinds of shops and services.

One Paseo has cleaning teams working every day. Everyone is friendly in the community and very welcoming. The team down in the leasing office and resident services have always been so helpful and eager to solve your issues. One of the many perks of one Paseo is how dog friendly the community is. My dog and I have made many lifelong friends just downstairs at the dog park. Would highly recommend!

One Paseo is the best rental experience I have had in San Diego in the last 5 years. This is a lovely, pet-friendly property with great space planning and tasteful décor. The amenities are modern and there's a great mall at your doorstep. 5 stars!

Everyone! look no further!! One paseo is the place to be. I have now lived at One Paseo for close to a year. There is no better place to be. Now, there is no perfect apartment complex. However, One Paseo definitely comes close to being perfect. One of the many things I love is the rent and utilities are collected from management and paid for you. The staff is wonderful and they all are eager and willing to assist you in any matter you would have. I look forward to seeing One Paseo grow and get better every year. I absolutely love living at One Paseo!! I have lived here for 18 months and have had so many positive experiences! I have made great friends with fellow residents and really enjoy using the beautiful amenities. I appreciate the constant efforts to improve the resident experience. The office personnel is responsive and professional. I also love being able to walk to such wonderful stores and restaurants. My 20 year old daughter loves it too!

After being relocated to San diego last year for a work project, we originally lived in La Jolla which was in walking distance of The Cove. Even though we’re a bit farther from the beach, we are very happy with the location and amenities of One Paseo. Kudos to a job well done????

Not only is One Paseo in a great location and beautifully kept BUT the community is amazing, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is safe. I've been a resident at One Paseo for 1.5 years.. I find the new team in the Leasing and management dept to be the best we have had. They respond quickly to whatever your needs may be..The place is kept immaculate, which is a big plus during the Pandemic. If you have an issue they will address it promptly. Kelsey has been a great addition to management.. The team seems way more happy to be working here...Keep up the good work..

The One Paseo apartments have low level appliances and no double sinks in the master bath as well as no filtered water in the refrigerators or able to be installed at the kitchen sink. Too much money was spent in outside amenities and many meeting rooms rather than in the interiors of the apartments.

One Paseo has been a great experience during our transition from our home on Del Mar Mesa. Always something going on, fun restaurants and shops. One Paseo made the holiday season very special in spite of Covid-19. Great job!

We pay a pretty penny to live here. The amenities are constantly closed. Our golf simulator has never been opened, the roof top amenity that was advertised to us is now only available to the townhome renters, the movie theater/mix lounge is closed and there is absolutely no plan for it to reopen. It is really frustrating when we pay so much based on what's advertised, and then once you move in you find out that a lot of the amenities that were advertised to you are not available. We specifically picked this property over another because of the golf simulator, and it STILL isn't open. They also took away the board and bike room, along with guest parking. So if my family comes and visits, it costs them $100 for parking if they stay for a few days. It is really really frustrating. Move here if you want to be constantly disappointed.

The condo is very new and modern.I love the facilities like 2 pools and jacuzzis,gym.There is a community mall with coffe shops,restaurants,fitness and salons just in walking distance.The area is decent and quite.

One Paseo is a really wonderful place to live. It feels like living at a nice, modern resort. The community is full of kind, professional, friendly people. The amenities are fantastic and we are walking distance to endless restaurants and stores. The staff here are great people who are super helpful. I really dont have any complaints! I do wish there was visitor parking, but even without that, I wouldnt consider living anywhere else. My apartment is gorgeous and I love everything about it. It feels like home here. Highly recommend!

One Paseo spent too much money on amenities (wasted outdoor spaces, the bike and surfboard room, landscape upgrades in front of the townhouses) and not enough on interior upgrades such as cheap appliances (refrigerators, washer/dryers), no double sinks, poor WiFi service

Beautiful community that is maintained very well. I appreciate that the management frequently and consistently deep clean common areas and even things like power washing every units windows to remove dirt and debris. Ive lived at other beautiful communities that quickly declined in its appearance because the management rarely maintained the common areas and the community in general. Not the case here and I love that! Also, probably the safest community I have ever lived at during my 14 years living in San Diego (and I have lived at many different communities).

I don't think you would enjoy my review at this time. We do love it here, the pros outweigh the cons and the staff is incredibly kind and great, but even after 3 months of living here we can't help but feel like we were led on. No rooftop access, no golf simulator, having to pay to reserve spaces, our AC legitimately SUCKS. Tough to say the high rent is completely worth it.
