This property is home to many different people from various walks of life, which allows a resident to easily meet people within the complex. When I moved in I was new to the city and I was able to meet people and form a social group in a new city.

Maintenance requests are always responded to timely and my space is always left clean. The communication after a visit is clear, which is appreciated. It is only recently that my issue has not been fully addressed or resolved but overall, I truly enjoy this community.
My maintenance requests are always responded to in a timely fashion, even non-emergencies. I'm always given ample heads-up and communication before, during, and after the process. They are always clean and respectful of my living space as well, and work exceptionally hard and diligently.
Positives were being close to everything downtown, Germantown, gated community and your employees. Negatives were elevator issues.
the above floors echo really terribly when you live on the bottom floors, very difficult to accomplish schoolwork with the constant stomping. also, the office dismissed my complaints about the obnoxious stomping/throwing of objects that I hear constantly 24/7 from the people who live above me
Im neutral because of the rent, the increase of rent has been a crazy amount. The couple of friends I have here are not resigning because of this increase, and this also does include myself and roommate. The reason this apartment was appealing was the rent when we moved in and the location. It was afford and close to my work.
Sometimes there is a lot of noise from inconsiderate neighbors/young tenants. There is also domestic abuse coming from one of my neighbors, which is very disturbing.
I have lived here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it. From the front office to the maintained staff to the community as whole is top notch. Chris and the maintenance staff are top notch and fulfill requests very fast. My golden retriever loves it here also. I highly recommend living here
The units are laid out well and very modern, and the complex is clean and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and noise levels are normal/minimal. The entire staff is wonderful!!! They coordinate multiple community events each month, ranging from food, activities, and even socially-distant events during the pandemic. Maintenance is incredible; requests are taken care of almost immediately.
Great staff and the property pretty much speaks for itself! Abbi was amazing at giving us a tour and answering all of our questions.

The price is very competitive for the area, the buildings are so nice, the apartments are updated and beautiful, the staff helps make this a lovely and fun place to live, the maintenance staff are skilled and friendly, and there are constant improvements being made. Very pleased! Hoping the prices stay affordable so I can re-up my lease.

I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a great place to live in Nashville that is not right in downtown but is the perfect distance from downtown.
Everyone, office personnel and leaders are very friendly and nice. The facility is very well kept, clean and inviting.
The community (that I've been privy to) has been great, the staff is amazing, the place is clean and kept well, and even though I'm usually too busy there's always open interaction and almost always something planned!

I would recommend this apaprtment community for multiple reasons. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The answer all of your questions and take care of any maintenance issue very quickly. The community is very friendly and the apartments are amazing!
The friendliness and communication with the leasing office is very professional and extremely helpful.
This place is quiet, gated, clean, the windows don't leak, parking is easy, and 50 other things.
I would recommend - The amenities are up to date. - The staff is extremely well in responding to an questions or concerns. - All the maintenance work is done well and quick. - There is less noise coming from outside. - Walking, running and cycling trail at walking distance. - Parking lot is organized and never had problems with findings a spot.
It' in a quiet location, the office/maintenance workers are extremely friendly. Only con is I feel like rent is a tad high for the community. The amenities are nice, but I wish there was a sky lounge rooftop club area, the pool is really small.

My apartment is nice and comfortable. The decor is beautiful. The amenities are great. The downside is smelling Smoke from other apartments in my bathroom and in the hallways at time. In addition, the quality of maintenance has gone down since new ownership. The dog trash cans were always emptied regularly. Now they are overflowing and gross. The cleanliness of the entryways has decreased as well.

I love living at One Metro Center! The only negative is the size and the price. The amenities, location, and safety, are great.
I have loved living here over the past 2 years, but my only complaint is that the walls are extremely thing, especially living on the 1st floor. You can hear your neighbors above, and on both sides of you doing daily things. They aren't necessarily being overly loud, it's just really noisy. That is the main reason I would tell someone to consider another apartment community.
Would be more inclined to recommend if rent was a better value.
I would be cautious to recommend one metrocenter to friends because it is not the same apartment community as when I moved in. If I saw sustained improvements in the overall upkeep of the property then I would most likely recommend.
I absolutely love this community. I feel safe, my requests are handled in a timely manner, and the office personnel are professional and always willing to help meet my needs. My building is also very quiet. :)
The amenities are great, and I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone seeking an apartment who can afford it.
The grounds are well-kept and it's fairly affordable. The pool and gym are great.
