Move-in was smooth. Apartment was spacious and community has good amenity spaces. In-unit AC units are occupying little bit of space in hall and bedroom, it would have been better if there was centralised AC.

He are leaving at ONE HARRISON since opening in 2019. It is very quiet place, good amenities. We really enjoy leave here. It is close the Train, Red Bull Arena, and Newark Prudential Center.

Everything has been good so far. The fire alarms going off multiple times hasn't been pleasant but at least they are working. The amenities are well kept. The building is safe. The scenary amongst the water is great.

Move in process was pretty easy. There were a few small things maintenance needed to take care of on move in day, but they were quick and attentive. The PATH is close and convenient to get into the city. I’m excited to see how living here feels once I’ve fully settled in

Great apartments with spacious rooms. The amenities are maintained well. The area is ok with the biggest issue being the homeless making a mess around the area and sometimes hanging around the property.

We really enjoy living at ONE HARRISON. We’ve been living here since its opening in 2019. Everything is very well organized, great conditions to spend time, the pool, barbecue area, amenities, maintenance, etc., everything is really good.

Overall wonderful place in a great neighborhood. The building and area feels safe. The entire area is also family friendly with plenty of both well known stores and family owned gems (restaurants, bakeries, etc.). Easy access to NYC via the path and NJ transit (~15min walk each shuttle ride to the path). The building amenities are great and it’s good value for one’s money if coming from NYC. The maintenance staff is also responsive to tenant needs. Ohhh… and wonderful concierge staff!

I like that it’s clean and the shared spaces are well kept. The ‘onboarding’ is taking a little longer than I thought it would. Lots of apps and papers that give instructions. The shuttle to the path is a huge plus.

The apartment is beautiful the only thing is that, Uber eat drivers are hanging out in the stairs by the lobby waiting for orders and the area surrounding the apartment building is dirty from people throwing their trash all over the place.
I have had a great experience living at this apartment. The facilities are well-maintained.The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining. Just moved here a while back and the place has been good so far. View is good and the place is clean and quiet. The complex services are also nice. Only concern is the air conditioning noise which is bit louder than usual.

The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are really nice. The only issue is the surrounding area. At times the homeless or drug users walk around the area where I feel unsafe. Hopefully the area will get cleaned up and would be safe to walk at night when I walk my dog
The location is great, amenities are amazing and the concierges are nice and helpful. I love having a parking garage and that there are visitor parking as well. Very safe and convenient.

Amazing experience, all the amenities are upto date and in great condition. Concierege staff is extremley helpfull and efficient. Location and neighbourhood is very good. Riverwalk is also very good.

1 Harrison is a fantastic condominium with excellent amenities. I would really like there to be better cleaning in the building and outside the building as people let their pets get dirty. That's the only thing you need. The staff are wonderful and relaxed. I've lived here for almost 5 years and I'm very pleased with the neighbourhood.

Community is nice. Nice outdoor walking area along the river it is safe and secure both building and the community. The property manager and staff are very nice. Apartments are not very sound proof.

I really enjoy living here, it’s clean with great amenities. The only complaint I have as a tenant is the “lockout key” situation. Although I understand people abusing the luxury of having someone to get you access to your apartment at anytime, I think it’s absurd to charge $100 after 5pm just to let you into your apartment if your forgot your key- not for a new key to keep but just to let you in. That doesn’t feel very community like at all. Mistakes happen!

Beautiful apartment and the amenities are great but they aren't all night. I wish the gym was open at night because I work night shift at the hospital.

The community and ambience is nice. Having concierge is surprisingly refreshing and helpful for all things (information, package collection, letting deliveries in, friendly greetings, feeling safe/secure, etc). The community is zen and free in pretty much every area from amenity spaces to a simple walk down the hallway to your apartment. I’ve only been here for 2 months and so far no complaints that can’t be easily rectified through leasing, maintenance, or concierge.
